it means a man who cares allot about how he looks!, usually he is body and image conscious!..and usually more emotional and cares more than most males about how he is viewed!..he likes to dress up neatly all the time and be up to fashion!..he likes to do prestigious jobs that earn allot of money!..thats why he is often mistaken for being gay!😲..but he is not!

hmm to think of it i like groomed boys!..but not the one who is obsessed about his looks and looks to a mirror more then me😆
