Hi everyone,
Now that DMG is on an indefinite break, I thought we could continue to savor the flavor from yesterday's episode with our own imaginations.
I would like everyone to write their own little pieces on the day after the maha-confession (yes, this confession was the guru of all AR confessions)
Here is mine:
NEXT MORNING:
It'd been ages since Riddhima had curled up under her sheets, lazed around, carefree and dreamily like a young girl who had just fallen in love for the first time. She was still in a daze; the headlights in the basketball court, the cheers and whistles from the gang, the Sanjeevani sign in the background, Sid's thumbs up sign were all real. She in Armaan's arms seemed so surreal. As she ran her fingers on her neck, the lingering dampness of his kisses and his scent all over her crumpled kurta sent a warm flush all over her body. His touch had always rendered her defenseless. Always on guard, she had managed to keep him at an arms distance, but last night was different. She had taken the initiative and not for a moment had she feel guilty or remorseful about her decision. Unlike other impulsive decisions she had taken in the last year, falling on her knees in front Armaan felt like homecoming. Yes, she was back home after a horrendous journey marred by guilt, remorse and unhappiness that had engulfed three lives with it. She had set three people free last night, most of all, her heart from the walls she had erected herself.
She couldn't believe that life had given her another chance. Destiny had reunited her with the love of her life. No, it was not destiny. Destiny is a crutch of the weak. Last night she had changed her destiny and she vowed that her future decisions and actions would be determined by her, not by fate.
"Hey sleepy head!" Anji pulled the covers off.
"DEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
"Kyun kiska khwaab le rahi thi?" Anji teased her.
"Sanjeevani ke," Riddhima covered her face with her pillow to hide the blush on her cheeks.
"Yeah right!" Anjie smiled and glanced at Riddhima's phone on the nightstand, "14 missed calls!"
"Who called?" Riddhima uncovered her face.
"Sanjeevani! Wo hi jo raat bhar tere khwaab mein aaya tha." Anjie chuckled
"DI!" She snatched the phone, "it's bad manners to pick someone's phone."
"Yeah, just like it's bad manners to lie to your di."
'.to be contd'..
