HR has given some playback breaks to Vineet. Most recently he sung the "Tum Chain Ho - Unplugged" in Milenge Milenge. Although that was a delayed movie. In 2007 Himesh became busy with his acting career, so he was composing & singing for his own movies and didn't require a different singer.
Maybe now he will get other singers to sing for whatever movie he composes for. To be honest I am still not sure what he is trying to achieve with HR Musik Ltd.
From what I understand he has launched a music production company whose goal is to work with some established singers as well as find new talented singers, composers, lyricists, guitarists, drummers etc. They all will work under the same umbrella to compose and sing songs for movies, singles, ads etc.
