Because there is a time limit for answering questions, they are able to introduce some chit-chat between Mr Bachchan and the contestant, which is to some extent scripted. Obviously Mr Bachchan doesn't know about the contestants, so he has probably been given the questions he has to ask.

I get what you're saying but even the time limit for those questions is stupid. They are given all this time to think but AB keeps talking to them during that. He keeps suggesting different things and asks them life four or five times if they are sure. The clock should just stop when the contestant says "final answer" or something.

The conversation between host and contestant is pointless. Whenever the contestant tries to say something about the question or answers AB just hurries them along and then explains the answer himself. The contestant wants to talk and then AB just says that there are only 30 seconds left or goes onto the next question. To me, it seems like an uncomfortable atmosphere.

I am also new to KBCP. I started watching this show this year and initially I liked it. Now after some weeks I feel at times the show is wasting a lot of time by bringing in extra convesations between the host and and the contestants and their families.
