i respect your opinion to take takur's side since it is a drama- but are you really suggesting that SS should not be insulted even though he has committed grave crimes? now, the criminals have the same reputation as anyone who lives by the law? yes, jai has committed crime as well, but the IG is not aware of it. even if we consider that all the crimes are alleged (just as krishna seems to think) we cannot ignore that SS was bribing and intimidating an officer of the law. and SS's single act of inviting a dancer to an ordinary professor's daughter's engagement is worth looking down upon lest all the other acts that the rest of Saxena family and viewers are aware of.
I agree with your opinion, but you cannot ignore the fact that the whole fiasco was blown out of the bag. I Agree, IG has the right to be mad. But you cannot ignore the fact that although it was meant for alternative means, SS did try to liven the party. And although, IG's anger is justified, that doesnt mean that he should insult SS infront of everyone and ruin his sons engagement. IG could have easily told SS to meet him after the engagement, where they could insult eachother to no end ALONE!!! SS would eagerly agreed to do that. Thats where i think that IG was wrong, and also when he completely disregarded Pratigya's part in Thakur Parivaar and made that shart.
SS has commmitted crimes but he didnt bring crime into the engagement. All he did was was bribe and bring a dancer. the only thing that should be looked down upon was the bribing, NOT the dancing. Even ordinary engagements have dancers. There's nothing wrong with dancing unless your completely grinding the man infront of you (LOL).... Im just saying that even though he did commit bribery, it doesnt mean that he should be insulted infront of his family and relatives including other people. There is a time and place for everything. And what IG did was not in a good time nor place REGARDLESS of SS's Actions.
