All actors have their weaknesses and very very few of them are comfortable doing all the different types of scenes. Some improve with practice and some never do - check out Sunny Deol dancing!

I'm sure whoever netra is will have been on the acting scene a lot longer compared to Ashish.

Samy - I'll have to check out LAMHE, can't remember it except Anil Kapoor & Sridevi in it. Wasn't she a bit OTT in it ?

No lamhe is an excellent film adn it does start anil kapoor and srvidevi in a double role..it is a fab film but the u must see him to see what wooden is..u have to.it was his first and last film...

Look at SRK and Kajol - they have created what is called Celluloid Magic onscreen!!! No other screen-pair comes closest to them when it comes to CHEMISTRY! And they are almost like brother and sister in real life!

And when Ash and Sallubhai were painting the town red with their affair during the shoot of HDDCS, their onscreen chemistry was nothing infront of Ajay Devgun and Ash - I think the scene where Ajay and Ash hug each other in the train to avoid paying their rail ticket has to be the most romantic scene in my memory!

Chemistry has very little to do with your actual working relationship with your co-star! If you pop over to KYPH forum, you will get to know that the guy who plays Angad and the girl who plays his reel-love share a very professional relationship off-screen, but on-screen, their chemistry just sizzles like a hot-dog!

Coming back to Ashish and Chhavi, their earlier scenes were incredible, but then they were not physical at all.....everything was conveyed through their eyes and body-language..............I think that is far more passionate and romantic than singing in the rain😕

uM...I thort Sallu-ash's chemistry was mindblowing...i came obessesd with them....ya i agree about srk-kadz....fantastic chemistry. Personally I luve srk-preity da most!! they are best IMO!

I would like to pick up the SRK and Kajol point first of all i would like to say the way films are potrayed the serials are very different. I remember watching SRK's interview with Kajol on koffe with karan and i remember him saying that with him and kajol it is not chemistry that they share it is the comfort zone they have with each other.. Plus it was also mentioned that maybe if you are romantically linked u might not share the same on screen chemistry so all depends..SRK and kajol did have the best chemistry but than look at Amitabh and Rekha they shared an electryfing chemsitry..

Dk and Disha's physical scenes have just started they have just hugged after saying ILU to each other and i think again there are many excuses for why the scenes weren't upto scratch..

In my opnion the chemistry shared by DK and Disha in the old episodes has been the hightlight of the serial but even today some of the scenes they did together have good chemistry recently the scene that comes to my mind is the bedroom scene the way Dk approached disha and the expressions on their faces so the chemistry is there i think the scenes they have been given have lacked the spark..I mean the rain scene could have been good i remember one now Kuch Kuch Hota hai classic scene when they dance and the whole rrain sequence with SRK and Kajol so it is upto the directors how tasteful they make it..

One thing the serial directors don't have is taste - it could come and hit them in the face and they wouldn't notice ! 😆
