They could have brought this "farz" vs "pyaar".. (Armaan dying in ICU) scene way before the second marriage.. Or If we knew SR fans were ok with it, we could have asked CVs to kill Sid..😆 but back then, fans were not OK with Sid turning negative or his death.. and CVs chose this infidelity angel (bad option )..

huhhh...like Sangeetha said, now that theres only 2 weeks left, lets enjoy what we get n forget about it..😳

The biggest blunder was the remarriage track. For whatever reason (KSG in Brazil, fans wishes) the Cvs should have not gone through that route if they were planning on uniting AR. Of course, they did show that R agreed to the remarriage because S was getting insecure but she could have pacified him by other means, why mock the Hindu rituals when they mean nothing to them?

Yes, they should have united AR when A came back in March. That'd have been more logical. They could have started a parallel love story of Sid with another new intern and who knows, we would have loved the new jodi also because SR were not that established then.

I had predicted a story a while back where R remains married to Sid, they even have a kid. A moves on with Shilpa albeit reluctantly, and then when Arsh are about to be engaged, Sid dies in an accident. Armaan then steps in to help a grieving R and her baby. That's when Shilpa realizes that AR are meant for each other. Shilpa could have gracefully walked out of their lives. At that time, all the SR fans had chewed me out when I made that prediction...oh well, it's interesting that at this stage people wouldn't have minded that storyline.

All's well that ends well....we know DMG Cvs are the culprit here so let's just chill and move onto another show, another jodi, another forum and who knows AR and SR fans might become friends on another show?

Thanks for replying. Actually I have a question ? Is SR story not interesting one ? It is the story of a woman, defeated in life, some one else enters her life as a husband. Lets us not dwell into the reasons for the marriage. Lets now start the story. It is the story of second chances. It is the story where the woman slowly starts healing. The story where woman starts feeling life again. The story where the woman slowly progresses towards new life and new person. Why should a woman have only one person in life. Under some unfortunate circumstances, can she not have a second chance with life ?

I like any story which is progressive. Even the story of a married woman, who has married without love, returning to her love when her lover returns is a very progressive one. Why should a marriage bind a woman ? Any one can make mistakes in life. The woman made a mistake of chosing a wrong partner for marriage. She tought at that time, her lover will never return. I dont belive marriage is a sacred bond that one should not break it. I belive it instead should be a commited relation . So, basically the lover returns before she started falling for her husband or to say before she developed strong feelings for her husband. Just like the example case of SR in our serial. In the presence of her love she is not able to proceed her relation with her husband. Then she returns to her lover, by explaining herself in a good way to her husband. More so, if the husband is understanding and gives her a choice. This would have been a very progressive story too. They could have done this story in March / April after Arman's return.


But, currently as I repeated myself before in this post, after Ridhima responded positively to Sid and his touch, after she has glowed happily in his rememberence, after she has day dreamed about Sid, after she has explained to various people about why she prefers Sid, it is no more progressive to show her returning to Arman. It is just like a fairy tale fantacy. They could have got AR together (without glorification of their love) using some dramatic twists like say Sid's death.


I personally feel, the characters must be created after a good thought. A situation must be created. Then the story should just flow. You should not keeping interepting the story manually. There is something called "Katha nyayam" (in telugu), i.e., Justice to the story. Predefined ends can't be effected in stories that are runing for indetermined/unknown periods of time. Whenever they are forced to end the story, they need to end it with an end that naturally flows out of the current story.

It is a suddent U-turn... and no sane soul is able to accept whats happening now...

I'm not against AR uniting in future....provided thereis a flow and logic ....

BUT am very much against "The way AR are uniting now!" Bcos nothing make sense..

No sane viewer will accept that SR bond and relationship was nothing but "farz" .

I just loved the way you put it, especially the bold and underlined one. This exactly is making no sense at all.

Except for absolute die hard fans most of us enjoy a good story. Many Ekta shows have broken up couples and made new ones which garnered a lot of fans. It's about consistency. Word credibility. Every thing that Riddhima says or does comes out as a joke because she might say something like she loves Armaan then goes on to saying she learned love from Sid. She might say that she cares for Sid they have more than the paper then go on to say he is her farz just like a patient.

I think they could have reunited AR in many different ways. For example when KW's contract ended they could have shown him dead. That would've been respectable. They could have also done it when Armaan was trying to play cupid. Even if nothing else worked and they realized at the very last minute she could have realized it when Shilpa and Armaan were getting closer. Sid could have realized something is wrong and Riddhima could have confessed. But instead they had to sing the same song. She cares Armaan, but she wants to be with Sid.

Fatima, for the first time I am a little confused with your reply. Remember I like most of your replies and your posts. I think you are exactly saying the same things as I said. Is it not ? Please read my reply to bheegi in the same post. May be then, I will be more clearer to you.

Did I just see SR fans saying they wouldve been okay with Sid dying in order to reunite AR? I DONT THINK SO. Lets be real here.. You guys woulda blamed ARians like to tomorow for his death in the show! Well most fans.
