There is hope for Sid-Nivi. He will keep loving putul only no matter what and I am sure he will find ways to postpone the shaadi with Divya. Sid kitna ziddi hai yeh to hum sab dekh chuke hain.... So, Sid-Nivi fans do not be sad... Our Sid will love only Nivi and I am sure time will heal Nivi's zakham too and she will forgive Sid. She herself said to her dad that yeh uske pyaar ka bhi imtehaan hai. So, they both are going through that phase. Dadi also said - Nivi ka dil pathar nahin ho gaya hai. Time lagega for both of them to come out of this shock but they will come out and be more strong and mature people.
