i think Gurmeet shoot todays hospital scene when he was just discharged from hospital.
OMG!!! Really hats off to you Gurmeet. So much dedication for work. We all love you so much. I appreciate Gurmeet's loyalty.
Since i have read so many articles and topics on Gurmeet, i really feel he is very sincere man in real life like MSK.

well he always mentioned in his interviews ..tht when its abt work hes real passionate person ..he always goes b4 tym and tries 2 give in his 200% ...but he proved it 2day ...."practice what u preach" so apt on him ....he always did mention tht fans mean a lot 2 him nd he proved it .......

yes, he is really hard working, passionate and dedicated to work and this he had showed by working in this conditon (hospital scene on 12th oct)
