the episodes opens with Manju shouting for simi.Abhi and anuj are returning home when abhi phone rings. prasad with his knife is following them to stab abhi.he's taking it out of his pocket when the phone falls down.Abhi bend down to pick up the phone and prasad missed him .anuj saw prasad and pushed him away,he began to run and the two constable in front 12/24 run to catch him.abhi answers to the phone and is shocked without any word.
there's a knock at the door and manju goes to open it followed by Rajjo and then we see abhi and simi standing.Simi have bandages everywhere as she's hurt.Rajjo asked her what happened and she explained she slipped from the balcony while taking the clothes.They goes in and manju remained at the door and bui comes to tell her that everything will be fine not to worry as all is going per manju and simi wish.bui leaves and manju tells to herself she never asked this to god and prays to matarani.
Abhi brought simi in their room and put her on the bed,simi asked abhi about his decision but he refuses not to re-marry as he does not believe any baba.
abhi tells simi that he's going to buy her medicines and he will be back soon,he stopped for a while and cry quietly while simi also is crying.the doc brought the test reports of simi and gives it to abhi.manju takes it to simi and asked her if something bad would have happened to her.simi......what else can i do,while i was standing on the balcony i was only thinking what abhi gains by marrying me,only sorrow! and simi cries saying she will not be able to live without abhi she prefered to die.manju tells her not to talk like this in front of her as she's a mother.
At night the doc comes to visit simi and asks her to continue with the medicines,and tells abhi to accompany him outside where the doc tells abhi due to the reports simi gots a lot of internal damage and this can't be repair she has only some few days to live,abhi as if will cry.manju is hearing everything.the doc leaves and abhi sees manju standing looking at him,manju pleads to abhi to save simi by re-marrying and that her life is in his hand now because you love her a lot.you are the only saviour.
manju is feeding simi and both are crying,but simi does not want to eat and abhi standing at the door is watching at her.he enteres and manju leaves,abhi and simi looking at each other are crying,he wipes the tears of simi and tried to feed her and finally simi eat.he put away the plate and gives simi a glass of water,simi wipes his tears and he goes away.simi continued to cry.abhi is saying to himself i loose simi and having flashback of manju words and doctors saying they will not be able to save her.Anuj comes in follows by their worker who asks about simi health and announces the court date and says the advocate advices them if possible to settle down with the workers outside,as they will not be able to win the case.as always manju is hearing everything.anuj is all angry and leaves from there and returns in his room seeing a toy on the ground he scolds anita who asked himto talk slowly as the baby is sleeping.anita noticed that anuj is angry and asked why,he tells her about abhi case and tells her that the case is not strong.anita tells him i'm also his sister i'm not that worried if he's at fault of killing the two workers.....Anuj answers it was my fault and to save his sister husband he took the charge,and make me promise him not to say any single word to anyone it is all my mistakes.
Abhi is coming down and he meets anita who ask him for forgiveness abhi is all shocked when she said being your own sister i acted as a step one. anita continues anuj tells me everything how you take the whole charge,why for me? for my child? you does not think about simi your own family.abhi tells her a brother cannot do this for his sis,you are my own sis and finally they hugged.abhi tells her he's happy to get her sister back and is very worried of losing simi.
simi is telling manju that abhi loves her a lot and will never accept to re-marry,manju said matarani will help them and you need to explain to him.abhi is hearing everything from behind the door and he tells them that he's ready to re-marry.
