Krishna's realization

So today we got a glimpse of Krishna starting to realize a few things especially his own shortcomings.

When Prats brings in the clothes that Kesar had given her, Krishna chose to ignore the sentiment and see it for what it was: that he would not be able to provide for his child which is why he ranted about buying new clothes.

When Prats tells him about Arushi and Mathurs coming, Krishna was upset right away because Shyam didn't feel the need to tell him even though he is the eldest damand and also because Prats made a decision without even asking him. I felt Prats and Shyam were wrong. They both are taking Krishna for granted. They need to change this attitude.

I didn't feel there was anything wrong in the night scene with Kriya. I don't think Krishna is a junglee person that would force his wife into giving him what he wants. The reason why I think Krishna acted the way he did was because earlier he left on bad terms with Prats so he was trying to manafy her the way he knows best.

Krishna's confidence is unraveling. He is realizing the unfortunate position he is in without an education. What do you guys think? What will be Krishna's next move?

Rahm, I agree.
This is what I had posted in the update thread, in response to something similiar:
I think his root of insecurity is because he realised he has been sidelined by the Saxes. When P first told him about the rishta his words are 'u should be happy, u are getting an edcuated damaad, same as your family'......He knows he is the odd one out and all think he is not good enough for P. Now today he is shocked to hear the groom's family is coming and he wasn't even told about it!!.....As the older damaad he should have been there, meeting the new family and helping his sasural as much as he can, he should be involved with the wedding planning and etc....but he is being ignored.
So I bet you, he is thinking maybe soon P will realise that I'm not good enough for her....her months of hatred must be still fresh in his mind, after this recent bout of lubalub, anyone would be scared that maybe it is all a dream......
I hope if K is truly sidelined, because they consider him an embarassment then P picks up on it and defend him vigoursly. So far she never goes against her father....will she do it now?
And now that you mention it, I think his mind is also thinking about the future, so there is that added insecurity there. It isn't him alone anymore, whatever happens he has a wife now and maybe children later on....

Krishna's scenes were so meaningful and sad at the same time,he is majboor because he is uneducated and because of that he can't get a job or like that and i think he hates this majboor feelings that he is feeling inside right now and he is very confused about what job or business he can do which does not require education and there are not so many options for him,so he is getting angry at himself but not showing to pratigya about how he is feeling inside about what professor told him and which made him realize that he has to make himself an
indipendent person who can take care of his wife and family, but he doesn't know what kind of job or business he should do that does not require education and its making him insecure and angry at himself.

I completely agree with you. Not only was he sidelined by the Saxes, Prats didn't feel the need to ask him before she made the decision that they weren't going to the bride seeing.

I think now more than ever Krishna is feeling like he isn't deserving of Prats. Now that he has her love, it's difficult for him to imagine a life without it hence he's feeling more insecure. Also, Prats told him that if he was earning, she'd gladly accept his help which is something he can't do so that's made him helpless and it didn't help that Shyam reminded him that he has no place other than his dad's house to keep Prats.

Prats needs to pick up on that. If Nitin was her husband, she would have protested for sure and made her dad talk to him so she now needs to make sure that Krishna is given the respect of the eldest damand.

I think her love for Krishna will change the equation a bit. Today we saw Prats putting Krishna's needs ahead of her own and that too with a smile on her face and without showing him the sacrifice that she made.
