Devki is the body, Vaasudev is the soul, Kans is the ego.
The ego imprisons the body and the soul.

The five senses are the guards, who keep the mind in outward things and prevent the human being to introspect and be free.

But as soon as Krishna is born, the guards go to sleep and soul and body awake in divine celebration and freedom.

May this Janmaashtami bring true freedom to everyone. HAPPY JANMAASHTMI!!

Speaking of Lord Krishna ... the cutest kid to play Lord Krishna on TV, was definitely Dhriti Bhatia in Colors' Jair Shri Krishna 😳 Such an adorabllllle kid!!! Love her!!

Which reminds me ... during the Colors Holi Bash .. there was a bit in the video when GK-Yami are with Dhriti ... Gaurav was carrying her 😳 Here are the pics ...
