What i feel is:

Prem tells to Kareena at the temple about tushar's plan....after doing lots of sawaal--jawaab to himself...but will still not confess his feelings for her..

Kareena might confront Tushar on this and Tushar might come out saying he knows all the truth about her and this might leave Kareena and Prem including us in shock 😆

I think that Kareena is also going to find out about Prem's lies and be mad at him but forgive him because he did it for love.

Kareena also know tht this was Tushar's plan

so today (thursday) episode will be full of surprises ....
