few reasons,

first - there's the taaveez angle, the baba who gave it to geet said joh use pahenega who hi uska hamsafar banega(please excuse my hindi!!)

then there is her pregnancy...they can't keep that kind of stuff under wraps for too long. It's going to show soon😉😉 and the chivalrous gentleman that Maan is, he can't let his lady love go thro' without acting on it fast😃
