What if Doc spills truth

I was wondering since the doctor thinks Maan and Geet are married she could end up meeting them in front of the grandma or someone else and inadvertently blurt out the truth about the pregnancy. I was just thinking that cuz Meera aka Perneet Chauhan used to come in LNMDJ and her character ends up preggars but no one knows she secretly got married and on her sisters wedding day her doctor is there and she keeps on hiding from her and then she thinks her doctor left but right after the ceremony she is going towards her sister and she faints and the doc comes and says its okay cuz its just pregnancy symptoms. She basically announces to the whole world shocking especially the girls family. Just thinking this could happen.

i had d same fear........wht if she is one of the invitee for d party.......and she tells dat she is preg.........maan can always say dat d child is his bt dev will come to knw dat he is d father...........
