Hi! I haven't been watching for a while. Why does Anita have Neetu's baby? Does Anita know that it's not her baby??

Tweeg, Anita doesn't know that her baby died or that she can't have children ever again. Simi asked Neetu to give her baby for the sake of the family happiness as everyone was looking forward to the arrival of Anita's baby. Personally I think Anita is a very mean person but Simi suggested they do this for the sake of their brother and their parents and Neetu agreed for their sakes as well.

Anita has neetus baby becoz simi asked neetu to give up her baby, cause anitas baby was still born. Neetu /omi sacrificed to save Manjuji, anita and anuj's life. the doctor said anita can never be a mother again and she would die if she got to know that her baby was dead.

Only simi, abhi, omi neetu know about this no one else knows.
