I am reali confused here! How can abhi divorce simi when they are not legally married! Agreed that they are married according to custom wit the pheres and sindoor using blood but dun their marriage hv 2 b registered first! Wer they hv 2 sign marriage
certificates! And how they r going to file divorce wen ter's no proof of marriage! No certificates, no mangalsutra and no wedding photo! Jus witness won b enuf! Reali dun make sense! Omneet and AA and nili-vishal's marriage is different as their marriages were properly done and wit their parents agreement! So i think abhi dun have divorce simi to remarry!(not that i am happy about abhi remarrying ):'(! But if i am wrong pls correct me as i myself havent experience marriage!

Don't worry about the divorce.No one will ask Abhi to divorce Simi but they all will start preparing for Abhi's second marriage.The DVs of KB are not sensible enough to think about all these legal processes.

And if they became sensible overnight then they invent a new law to divorce within one hour like Neetu's case they invented a 48 hour divorce.

hey same here even i have not experience abt marriage but to my knowledge did u see anitha and anuj ,omi and neetu signing their marriage certificate NO know so it is assumed that they have done that ,so assume as abhi and simi also have done.

if we are talking abt simi and abhi's marriage there was no rituals performed in thier marriage ,no kanya daan , no agni ,no exchange of mala , no mangalsutra , not even sindoor it was his blood ya their family presence was there ... saat pheras are taken but not before agni , some where even simi did not take this pheras as marriage too or else she would have not agreed to marry nakul being abhi's wife ( which is main dislike abt simi till now) .and according to me he should divorce simi .

and those idiots of KB always take us to tip of cliff and say that it was all joke !!!

Hey! i know ol dese serials show crap but as far as logging for divorce is concerned, you dont need marriage certificate. In order to apply for divorce you just need to prove your marriage by showing your marriage photograph/video, a witness and wedding card.....but as far as abhi-simi marriage is concerned, they have witness and wedding card(which abhi and his mom brought to simi's house)....dont know if they had photos or video but again that isnt a problem.....photo toh shadi ke jode mein kabhi bhi jaakar keechwa sakte ho....it isnt that though for a couple to prove they are married if they both are willing to.

I think whether they have a legal marriage or not, Abhi should divorce Simi or at least threaten to for her even daring to ask him to marry someone else. Is what that Baba said really the final word? Can't they get a second opinion from some other Baba? And for all of the episodes before these ones, Abhi never had any accidents so it's really hard to believe that the family would be worried abt him now based on a few accidents. The reasons for Abhi to divorce Simi keep increasing sadly:
-always caring for the Sethis over Abhi
-lying to Abhi
-not believing him about Milli and even involving Milli in their pooja plans
-asking Abhi to marry again

But we all know that Abhi being how he is will never divorce Simi

Totally agree, I would like to see him leave Simi but not because his life is in danger but because he woke up and realized what an idiot he had for a wife and his in-laws were a bunch of selfish people.
