Part 1
Kabir gets home & sits down. Jyoti sees him, and remembers that in saving Asha, she totally forgot about the lunch plans they had. Kabir sees her, and disgusted, goes to his room. Jyoti goes up to him and tries to apologize, but Kabir tells her that this hasn't happened so far - his wife promising him something and then breaking it. She didn't even think of calling him?
Kabir then transforms magically, and tells her that he now realized that she's taken full responsibility of the household š (Kabir, for a moment, I thought you were going to send her to the doghouse š¤£) Jyoti tries to explain, but Kabir tells her there is no reason to - he's sure she had a good reason. She explains that Asha was tense, but is okay now, and then remembers that she left her phone in her room. She asks Kabir whether he waited, and he says 2 hrs. Jyoti is remorseful, and asks if he ate anything, and he says air š (Good idea, Kabir, give her a real guilt trip, I just love it!!!) She asks Kabir what he wants to eat, but he just grabs hold of her, and they have a romantic moment ā¤ļø
In her room, Reshmi is ironing and folding Vikrant's clothes, and Vikrant comes in and examines them. She offers to put it in the cupboard, but he starts throwing the ironed clothes. He then tells her that no matter how much she tries, he's not going to accept her as his wife - she's his wife in name only. Women like her he doesn't even keep as servants. He also tells her not to touch anything of his - if she does, he'll destroy it.
Reshmi then tells him that in that case, he ought to destroy himself, since she touched him. While she is weak, no matter how much he hates her, her love for him won't reduce - that much she can do. Vikrant is about to slap her, but doesn't. She continues that her love will ultimately destroy his hate. Vikrant is furious and walks out. Reshmi recollects what he just told her, and is hurt.
Asha runs to Jyoti crying, and hands her an envelope. Jyoti opens it and finds divorce papers. Sumer tells her that she's right, and that it was she who read him the law š (Somehow, this Sumer who responds to Jyoti in ways other than threats is much more likeable) He tells her that as per the law, he'll divorce her, and then marry someone else. Now, does she have a problem?
Jyoti tries to tell him that this is not right. Sumer asks why, and tells her that as per the law, she has 15 days to contest, and after that, they'll be divorced. As it is, he's a demon, while she's a saint, so their relationship is inappropriate. He tells them to just quietly sign it, or else, if it goes to a court, there will be a lot of mudslinging. He then leaves, and Asha is shattered (Asha, it's a golden opportunity to get a life. Just grab it. And Jyoti, just tell any prospective family that Sumer is a spousal abuser, and leave it @ that.)
Part 2
Asha continues crying, and begs Jyoti to save her marriage. She tells her that in her family, once a girl is married, she ceases to have any relationship w/ her maayka. Jyoti tells her that this is the curse that women have, and assures her that nothing will happen to her marriage.
Next morning, Kabir is getting ready, & Jyoti praises his shirt. Kabir reminds her that she had gifted him that. She notices a check, and he says it's for the orphanage - he'll drop it w/ them while he goes.
RP enters. He asks Kabir to join him in a press conference, but Kabir is reluctant, and tells him that he believes in doing things, rather than saying things. RP tells him that it's sometimes important to say things as well to make people aware of them, and asks Jyoti to convince him. Jyoti does, and Kabir agrees to go. RP thinks that let the elections be over, then everything will be his.
Downstairs, Vikrant bitches that RP has shown his step-fatherly colors, and will never fulful his promises. Chachi-sa tells Vikrant that she's already responded to the mayor's games - Kabir will be removed from his path for good. They both look up, and see that Jyoti has overheard their conversation.
Part 3
Jyoti comes downstairs & is headed out. Chachi-sa asks her why she's headed out w/o telling her elders? Jyoti tells her she's just off to give a check to Kabir, which he has forgotten.
In the party office, the media people are asking Kabir questions, and RP is answering for him. Jyoti comes into the office, and gives him the check. Kabir is then recalled by RP, so he joins him, and Jyoti is headed out.
However, she hears a camera click of a photographer, and sees him taking photos in the lobby. She wonders why he's taking photos here? If he is a press-man, he should be w/ RP. Just then, a party official bumps into the cameraman, knocking off his camera-bag. Its contents fall out, and with those contents is a gun. Jyoti notices it, while the cameraman puts them all back in the bag. She then follows him outside, being careful not to be seen.
She realizes something is wrong, but since Kabir is busy, she just continues to shadow him. He goes to a phone booth and calls someone, and tells him that he's taken pics of the entire place, and where the shot should be fired from, and that nobody would even suspect. Jyoti doesn't hear this, but she sees it from a distance, and hopes that it's not a plot on RP or Kabir.

Comments
Sumer seems to have changed - not that he's a better person, but that instead of using his fists or guns all the time, he now seems to use his brains for once. He tells Jyoti that he'll do things the legal way, and she doesn't have a good answer to that. If Jyoti isn't going to be able to take him into confidence and persuade him to see a doctor w/ Asha, she can instead encourage Asha to leave, and then expose Sumer to every prospective bride.
While it's good that Reshmi stood up to Vikrant & he didn't hit her, she's not going to earn his respect by doing his chores. She should focus on her baby - so what if she's Vikrant's wife in name only? She can raise her baby w/ the help of her jethanis, and Kabir, and if Vikrant refuses to participate, she can still give Jeet a good upbringing.
It's good that Jyoti overheard Vikrant & Chachi-sa, but she should have snubbed her completely, rather than tell her anything. RP knows that Chachi-sa hates him, so it might be worth convincing him to marginalize her @ home. If that can be done, then Jyoti would have a much easier time helping both Asha & Reshmi.
I think the plan is to kill Kabir @ the rally or @ the party office, and that Jyoti will let him know that she heard Chachi say this, and what the cameraman did. The opposition leader wouldn't even figure. Incidentally, instead of trying to get Kabir killed, why doesn't CS just get RP exposed by giving the opposition leader photos incriminating RP, w/ which she had been blackmailing him until now?
It was funny to see Vikrant bitch about the step-fatherly treatment he's getting, after the way he treats his own wife, as well as the earlier cases when he was fully supportive of Kabir.
