statistically what are the chances that both anita and neetu are having labor pains at the same time. They were both looked ok thru out the pregnancies and now they both have troubled pregnancies?

and yet how can they manage to show 2 healthy lady doing ok no compications thru out preganacy and now shown them having problems. at the time of child birth
If they had problems how can doctor send their husbands away to get medicines and then they have no one or can not call any one. Where is Anusha when all these is happening?
Shouldn't the mother be with Anita when she is brought in.
This is all so unrealistic.
