~ Part One ~

The episode starts with Taposh with his union team discussing about taking an issue to the local MLA. He says if they do not agree they will create a 'halla bol'. The other guys leave and Taposh pays a man for the tea. Suddenly as he turns he finds Molly in front of him. He asks her what she is doing there at this time and Molly hesitates and stumbles as she tries to reply to him. Taposh urges her to talk and Molly comes up with an excuse and quickly says she has come to drink water. Taposh looks at her confused and gives her water, which she gulps down quickly. She then says she did not come to drink water, and Taposh asks if she came to drink tea then. Molly says no and that she actually wanted to tell him something. She says she wants to work with him and Taposh is surprised. Molly tells him that she wants to join his group and Taposh is surprised that she wants to be an activist. He jokes saying that as far as he knows her, she gets weak seeing a cockroach in front of her, she trembles like a leaf when a bus drives past her, she changes route if four people come before her (Interesting, he seems to know a lot about her 😳). He asks whether she relay knows what kind of work they do, saying that they fight for people's rights, they get abuse, sometimes don't get to eat food for days, have to burn in the heat for hours but they don't back away from getting the poor their rights. Taposh asks her whether she would really be able to do all of that and she replies that she will be able to do it with him. He looks at her and then sits down. He thinks for a moment before saying fine, that she can join their group.

Molly smiles and Taposh tells her that they will keep a bet, that if Molly is able to stay in his group for five days then she can stay in his group forever. But if not, it's her hard luck. Molly smiles but then her smiles fades and she asks him what the bet is for. Taposh stands up and tells her they will see to that later. He then leaves and Molly smiles widely. The scene changes to the outside of the studios. Taani is in Sushant's office and he asks her whether she fully understands that she has to sing well, and that he cannot repeat this again and again. He says she has to sing at the scale she has been told to. Taani suggests that they start, and Sushant murmurs his approval. She leaves Sushant's office, and Anurag suddenly arrives there. He walks into Sushant's office casually calling him 'Sush' and sitting on a chair. Sushant says he will never improve. Anurag smiles and thanks him for selecting Taani. He asks Sushant how he liked Taani's voice and Sushant replies that he loved her voice but not the person. Anurag says she came late for the audition that is why Sushant is upset with her, but if he knew the reason why she was late, he would actually love her (Like you do Anurag, right? 😉). Sushant says Anurag is defending her. He stands up and tells Anurag that he knows Taani is a good friend of his, but he doesn't bring friendship into things. He says he hates excuses, and especially carelessness in regards to timing. Sushant tells Anurag not to waste his efforts. Just then, Taani enters the music studio through the mirror behind Sushant and places her headphones on.

She notices Anurag in the office with Sushant and is shocked. Her eyes go red and teary. The music starts and Taani keeps staring at Anurag with tears in her eyes. She starts singing her song 'Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh', and Sushant and Anurag turn to look at her at the sound of her voice. She gets the flashback of her falling into Anurag's arms and then of Anurag hugging Nupur at the airport. Anurag looks at her, upset; aware of the meaning of the words she is singing (Great expression of guilt and sorrow by HC! 👏⭐️👏⭐️). The song ends and Sushant says it was superb. Anurag looks down. Sushant tells Anurag that she has an amazing voice, and that there is so much pain in her voice, and there is just as much purity as pain in her voice. Anurag turns to him and says the pain that he likes today, yesterday this same pain caused her to be late for the audition. Sushant turns to him confused and asks what he means. Anurag tells him that yesterday at the factory there was a strike and when he reached there a worker in anger threw a stone at him. He puts a finger on his wound and says he had gone to the clinic to get the dressing done to his wound, the same clinic where Taani works part-time. Sushant looks at Taani surprised. Anurag says this is why she was late for the audition, as she didn't realise how time flew by whilst dressing, and didn't realise that she was missing her biggest dream and life's biggest opportunity. Anurag says a person does not leave their opportunities for another person, especially for that person who shattered your dreams.

He says that the person who shattered Taani's dreams is him and Sushant is shocked. Anurag reveals to Sushant that it was him who Taani was married to in childhood. Sushant looks at Taani shocked. Anurag says it happened only because their family members wanted it, that they did not know the meaning of marriage, yet they were bound in the relationship of marriage, and after that his father forcefully sent him to America. He looks away and says eight years passed, he grew up, began to understand love, fell in love with Nupur, but for eight years Taani was fulfilling the relationship that was thrust on them eight years ago. Anurag says for eight years, forgetting herself and the world, without any expectations, Taani loved him, waited for him, but when he came back he rejected her love. Anurag says people who forget their promises are not good. He says he is not a good person, he is a bad person, but despite that when Nupur was leaving Taani stopped her and yesterday she left her dream because of him (🤗 Awww, Onu you're not a bad person, you're just a duffer 😆, not able to realise that you love her too 😳). He looks at Taani and says the person who she should hate the most is the person she left her dream for, because he was in pain. Anurag turns to Sushant and says Sushant thinks Taani is calculative, unprofessional, sharp, but no. He looks at Taani again with a smile. He says Sushant knows how to judge a good voice, but can he not feel the person behind the voice. He tells Sushant to recognise the person behind the voice and Sushant looks at Taani thoughtfully. Anurag looks at Taani, his eyes red and teary. Inside the music room a man gives Taani two thumb's up for her singing.

Molly arrives at the recording studio and surprises Taani. She says congratulations to Taani and Taani asks her what she is doing there. Molly says Laboni informed her of Taani coming for the recording, so she thought she'd come to encourage her. Molly says she's very happy for Taani, and Taani smiles. Molly notices Sushant on the other side of the glass and asks if it is Sushant. She says he's not too bad, handsome and good-looking, but Taani would not have looked once towards him, as Anurag is here too. Taani looks down sadly. Molly says Taani must have looked at Anurag the whole time. Taani looks at her and says she was concentrating on her song. Molly says Taani did not even sing, but the pain that Taani felt on seeing Anurag flowed out of Taani in the form of melody (Lovely line 👏😳). Taani smiles awkwardly and she and Molly go out of the recording room. After a while a man comes out and says they are ready to begin on the next paragraph. Taani nods and tells Molly she will be back in a bit. Taani enters the recording room and is about to begin with the singing, but she suddenly starts coughing. Anurag who is sitting in Sushant's office is surprised. Sushant enters the recording room and Taani begins to fear that he will scold her and that too in front of Anurag. Sushant walks up to her and asks if she is okay. Taani is surprised and nods. Sushant asks of his workers to get a glass of hot water. The lady goes off and when she comes back Sushant takes the glass off her and hands it to Taani. Sushant watches her as she drinks it. She nervously looks at him and Sushant says she sang well. Taani looks down and smiles slightly. Anurag watches them from the other side of the glass and turns with a satisfied smile on his face (Urgh!! 😡😆 Anurag is annoying me with his matchmaking! 😆).

~ Part Two ~

It is the following day and Taani is practising her vocal chords (She looks very beautiful and angelic, the light shining upon her as she sings 😍). Taposh comes out of his room and goes towards the sound of Taani's voice. Laboni is in the kitchen and Taposh asks her what has happened to Taani all of a sudden, that she seems so happy after so many days, singing early in the morning. Laboni smiles from the kitchen and says she forget to tell him. She comes out of the kitchen and stands before him, telling Taposh of the album contract that Taani has signed with a big company. Taposh is happy and says that's a very good thing. He steps closer to the outside of her room and listens to her sing with tears of happiness. Outside, on hearing Taani's voice, Neelu stops her car and gets out of it. The driver tells her she is getting late, but Neelu smiles and tells him to let her listen. The scene switches to Anurag and Sushant jogging in the street outside their house. Anurag stops in front of Taani's house and stares at it, thinking. Sushant comes beside him. Anurag tells him that he has forgotten his mobile and quickly runs to get it. Sushant stands there awkwardly and looks at Taani's house. Secretly, Anurag watches from behind a wall of his house. Taani comes out of her house with a watering can, and begins watering the plants. She notices Sushant and smiles, calling his name. Sushant turns to her and smiles also. Taani puts the watering can down and walks up to him, asking what he is doing here. Sushant replies that he was out jogging and Taani smiles. She says at least that way he got the chance to come here, and she asks him inside for tea.

Sushant tries to refuse and says he does not want to hassle her. Laboni comes out of the house and sees them together. Taani says it is no hassle. Laboni smiles seeing both of them and comes up to them, inviting Sushant inside, saying that she has already got the tea on the cooker and it will be ready soon. Sushant smiles and they all go inside the house. Anurag smiles widely at this progress. The scene switches, and it is dark. Taani and Sushant are shown to be spending a lot of time together, enjoying each other's company (😳 It's nice to see Taani smiling and happy again, but seriously, I don't want her to marry Sushant! 😭). They meet at the studios and he walks her home. The scene again changes to Laboni at the sweet shop. Anurag and Sushant are there sitting at a table. Laboni hands Taani a plate of sweets and tells her to give it to them. Taani places the plate on the table, smiling at Sushant. Anurag takes a sweet and tells Sushant to try it, as it is Laboni's speciality. He says that Sushant would not have eaten a better sweet than this one in his lifetime, and that its recipe is Laboni's secret recipe that she doesn't tell anyone. Anurag says it has been his favourite since childhood and is about to eat it but sadly comes back to reality seeing Taani and Laboni's face and puts it down. Laboni looks at him sadly. Suddenly some underprivileged boys walk up the steps of the sweet shop and plead for Taani to give them something to eat, that they are really hungry and haven't eaten anything since morning. Taani takes the sweet plate and walks up to the kids, smiling and giving a sweet to each of the boys. Anurag looks on with a smile. Sushant also smiles.

Laboni gets stern and asks Taani what the need was to give them sweets. Taani makes an excuse and says the sweets were of no use to them, and that they've gone off. She tells Laboni to ask Sushant and Anurag. Taani indicates them to go along with what she's saying. Sushant and Anurag look at each other. Sushant says yes, that they hadn't gone off too much, but they had gone bad a little bit. Taani smiles and turns to Laboni. Laboni tells Taani that she should have told her that the sweets had gone off and places Laddoos in a plate for Anurag and Sushant instead. Taani places the plate on the table and sweetly thanks Sushant. Sushant smiles at her and Anurag watches this interaction of theirs with a contented smiled.

~ Part Three ~

Anurag and Sushant are walking out of the sweet shop. Anurag asks Sushant what he is thinking. Sushant tells him that Anurag was right, and then says in fact Anurag was wrong. Anurag asks what he means. Sushant replies that Anurag had said Taani is just as good as her voice, but her nature is much better than her voice. Anurag turns his head and looks at Taani with a smile. Sushant does the same. Suddenly thunder and lightning roar in the sky above them. Rain starts pouring down and they both run to get shelter just outside the sweet shop. Anurag wipes his coat. Taani comes out and hands them an umbrella, telling them to take it otherwise they will get drenched. Anurag takes and opens it and they both leave. Sushant thanks Taani over his shoulder and she smiles. He keeps looking back at her as he leaves (He's so falling in love with her 😆. I guess I'm starting to like this Sushant more actually, the old one would have looked weird falling in love, as he always plays a negative character! 😳). Suddenly the wind blows and the umbrella goes flying behind them. Sushant asks Anurag what he is doing and quickly runs to get inside. Anurag stands rooted on the spot and spreads his arms wide and smiles, looking up into the sky and shaking his head as the rain pours over him (☺️ Okay, no matter how many times I see a wet Harshad, I can never get bored of it 😍. HC in the rain always makes me swoon ☺️. And that smile, uff, hai mai mar jawan! ☺️). Taani watches him sadly, remembering the moment when he had shouted to Nupur that he loves Nupur and not Taani. Anurag turns sideways and places his hand out, watching the rain trickle down it. Taani looks at him and thinks that people say when water falls from the sky, the water that falls from the eyes is not seen, but then why does such clouds form over the heart, that water would even have to fall from the eyes.

Anurag looks away and thinks people say when it showers not in the season of rain (These lines sound so much better in Hindi 😆), then certainly something good is about to happen. He looks at the sky and says even he feels like believing this saying today and smiles. From outside the Ganguly house, Sushant stares at Taani and thinks until today so many rains have come and gone, yet today's shower is something different, and he doesn't know why he feels that this shower is joining him to something. The episode ends on the three shots of Sushant, Taani and Anurag (Oh no!! Love triangle!! 😭).

RATING: 10/10

I really liked the episode, it was very touching 😳. NO NUPUR!! AT ALL!! 😆 I'm so happy, we didn't have a single scene of that besharam pouncing tigress today! 😆 It totally made my day!! 😆 Anyway, the episode was really good, loved Anurag's confession that he broke Taani's heart and that he's not a good person 😳. His words are slowly giving an insight into his mindset and it's wonderful to uncover his feelings a little bit 😳. You could see clearly that he is in a lot of pain for breaking Taani's heart also, it's just going to take him time to realise that this pain is not because he rejected his friend, but that he rejected his true love 😳. But yep, the sacrifices have started 😭. I just know Anurag will begin to realise his love in the process of getting Taani together with Sushant. But by the time he fully realises it, it will be too late, everything would have slipped out of his hands 😭. I don't want Taani to marry Sushant, please Creatives, I beg of you, I hate BT shows where the leads marry different people, that's one thing I loved about Kis Desh, that the leads did not marry other people, so please make me love this show too! 😛 Well, it was a good episode- Anurag was the star of the epi ⭐️, and HC did a fantastic job as usual 👏👏👏! I gave 10 out of 10 because that scene of him smiling so innocently in the rain totally made my heart skip a beat 😍! I love, love, love wet Harshad ☺️!! (Well, dry Harshad too ☺️, but you know what I mean! 😉🤣).
