What was the point of getting Salman to a special appearance since Nakku
didn't even heed his advise. His cameo should have made some difference
to the story but merely garnered TRPs and made the show reach the top slot.

If Dutta is a gaddha...then even Nakku isn't more than a bheegi billi 😃😃

I don't think it was a matter of LTL getting Salman to do a cameo. SALMAN and his team probably approached or at least decided on LTL, among other show options. So, once the opportunity presented itself, the LTL CVs had to create a way to "FIT HIM IN". Hence, the saving Naku from a truck, and heart-to-heart chat between them.

I mean we really can't expect Salman short cameo of less than 1 episode to impact the story...he was just a quick "fit" into the story, and did what LTL and his own people wanted -- got both LTL top ratings and his new movie some publicity. Perfect symbiotic relationship! 😆

I defn don't think Salman and Co. would have contacted the show, it is the othwe way round always !

While I agree with what you have written here...I'd like to point out something! It was not the CP-special epi that garnered the highest ratings...but the one in which Naku discloses herself to Baji! You can check last weeks's TAM ratings, if you want details.

I too believe it was all a waste. Sallu was there to promote his film- we were led to believe through tb articles that he would somehow have something to do with face revelation and nakku telling the truth. 😕
If Nakku was to only go by what her mother says then why the big drama with bappa. Surely she would know that deceit is still deceit whether you do it or your mother tells you to do it. After all when dutta eventually finds out- which at this rate seems like the end of time! he will be hurt that the one he loved cheated him irrespective of whether her mother told her to or not. She has a mind of her own and knows right from wrong and more importantly she didn't go by her mum says so when she said to forget dutta, did she.
Nakku's character is being spoilt by these cvs and as for babbi's character- when the less said the better
