September 21, 2010 Written Update

Jyoti asks Vikrant how he could do such a thing to his wife. He tells her that now that he's married to Rashmi, Jyoti has no right to interfere in their matters. He leaves the room and Jyoti rushes to comfort Rashmi who is bawling. Chachi tells Jyoti that she made the biggest mistake of her life getting Vikrant and Rashmi married, and soon she will regret the decision. Jyoti goes to Kabir's room and tells him that she's worried about what will happen in future. Kabir assures her that Vikrant will change. They share a sweet moment together.

The next morning Bhavri finds Rashmi in her room and realizes she was crying. She comforts her. She takes her down to the kitchen to help cook. Rashmi is worried and so she burns the pooris accidentally. Jyoti gives Rashmi a bhashan about endurance.

Meanwhile Vikrant and Chachi go to RP, to talk about Vikrant entering into politics. Chachi says that soon, he will take RP's place too. RP tells Vikrant to work on gathering donations for the rally. Once the other two leave, RP thinks to himself that he wouldn't give away his chair to his son or brother, let alone his nephew. All come to the dining room for food and Vikrant praises the pooris. Although, once he realizes that they were made by Rashmi, he spits them out and leaves. Jyoti goes to talk to him but he tells her that she is going to regret the decision of getting them married. Jyoti still keeps hope that Vik will change.

Chachi talks to Vikrant and tells him that Kabir will never enter politics, and since Sumer and Raghu are unfit, Vikrant will be the forerunner from their party. Later, Jyoti notices some people at the door. She asks them who they've come to meet and Sumer announces that they are his guests who are his to-be relatives. Asha comes from behind and listens as Sumer tells how he is going to marry their daughter. Jyoti is shocked. End.

I liked Reshmi burning the puris - that would have been a good thing to have sent Vikrant. Also, I think Reshmi & even her 3 jethanis would do well to focus on little Jeet, rather than his less mature dad.

In this episode, I ended up liking RP - secretly, he now hates both Chachi-sa & Vikrant. Kabir never wanted his seat - he gets Kabir's services for free, but Chachi is demanding his seat for Vikrant. Until he gets elected CM, he's not going to give up his mayor seat, and he doesn't seem agnostic about who succeeds him. I think he resents how Chachi-sa raised Sumer & Raghu, and wants to take his revenge by screwing Vikrant. Go RP!!! 👍🏼 Oh, & in the meantime, Chachi-sa would like to off Kabir if he harbors any political ambitions of his own.

I'd really like him to initiate Vikrant into politics, and let him foul up in some major ways, that render him unelectable. That I think would be a major part of reforming him - he wouldn't be able to persecute Reshmi b'cos then everybody in the family would point out what sort of a loser he is.

I do hope Asha tells the guests that she is Sumer's wife and that he ill-treats her, and is likely to do the same to their daughter if they have her marry him. I also hope the guests bash Sumer real good for deceiving them. Other hope would be for the new girl to be a psycho who'd beat the living daylights out of Sumer once she marries him, & set him & Chachi-sa straight. The haveli could use such a bull in the China shop.

One more thing - @ the end, when Vikrant went away, Jyoti expressed confidence that Reshmi's love would triumph over Vikrant's hate. Isn't it high time Jyoti stops living in fantasyland? She was doing well all these days, but suddenly, she's hoping for the impossible. She's already learnt that Vikrant should be dealt w/ by blackmail and threats, so why hope for something that doesn't exist?

Thanks Kruthika for the update..Jyoti forced Vikrant to accept Rashmi.This Marriage made Vikrant to see and think about his life seriously and more realistically.Then he decided to enter Politics and there will be no leisure time to spend with other girls,drinking and .......Constantly seeing Rashmi and Jeet gradually make him to accept them wholeheartedly .
