why can't tell to shaan

why, khanak can't tell the truth ? shaan gave her time to say something. i am so confused. i personnaly think by not letting him know the truth, she is giving him more pain. once he find out the truth all misundersataning could go away, and we can watch loving moment. love u shaan.
