I think CV needs to do a bit more reseach and come up with better ideas😃, not sure how they come up with the characters and just manipulate them to suit their needs. Sorry, I might not have much experience in criminal justice, but don't think anyone can put a owner in jail just because he owns a property or a company. I hope there still remains something as 'not guilty until proven'.
I think the CV will again mess this up and Manav going to jail will be a shortcut to stopping a wedding. CVs just can't think outside the box and be creative who hired them in the first place, these people obiviously need more training at creative writting😲 Please send them back to SCHOOL😡 ASAP!!!!!

Ok that can happen, but then generally the Owners or the company are at fault in the US (its goes top down here, not bottom up), generally the individual employees are not, right? How can the owner just hand-pick an employee just like that...it is too coincidental..the company will go out of business for serious negligence, but an employee just because he is responsible for a machine will not. Come on the company doesn't pay him that much that he has to take care of a machine 24/7. If that is the case, he has to be on duty all night and weekends. Hope the company is compensating him enough😊 for that.

Kalapi, they shud hav removed the faulty machine from the premises. Their mistake was keeping it there. Or they cud hav hired abt 2 ppl to guard the machine and keep switching shifts. Everyone is pointing fingers at Manav so they arrested him, which I guess is wrong since they dont hav any concrete proof. Plus those workers were there after hours so Manav is not really responsible for the machine at that time. But then this is a serial and Prakash, who was present at the time of accident, gave his statement and accused Manav.

Please enlighten me.
Is it possible to arrest someone( say A) simply on the basis of another man(B)'s word that he saw A speaking on the phone to the dead workers? Maybe they were discussing the weather or the T-20 mtches !
How muchmore ridiculous can this story get?
My prediction is that finally Archu will be forced to cut ties with her family ( not predicting the time scale though. I dont underestimate the CV's in testing the viewers patience and tenacity)
My basis is simply the current storyline in the original Tamil version, thts all.

When this whole forum was ratcheting up the archu-Jay marriage scene and toasting Jay and Dharmu as practical, " he men" who were so terrific and sexy compared to wimpy manav, I sounded a word caution -- of course only to be beaten black and blue by majority opionion here.
My caution was based on observing some factors (this is independent of CV later butchering the characters). One: Dharmu not paying compensation to ajit for his injury. And second Dharmu throwing out manav but keeping Prakash. Any owner could have seen the difference between Manav, who came across as essentially decent , honest and hardworking, and Prakash who was shown as possessing no redeeming qualities. The law of natural justice ( this is not just humanitarian mumbo-jumbo or about being bleeding -hearted; natural justice is grounded in sound law) demanded that the company show reasons for why manav was sacked while retaining Prakash. At that point Dharmu was not an intentionally mean man but he did suffer from not being able to correctly judge people.
Dharmesh pushed archana into a marriage with Jay knowing they were like cheese and chalk. Marriage between opposites is not always great fun, it can lead to serious problems. Jay's pragmatism would have led him to do unethical things ( even if he did not sink so low) which would have pained archu beyond endurance. Dharmesh committed a crime in trying to get this marriage done. All this is independent of the latest twist.

oh no...Jay please don't be an ass. Please don't be a typical villaness character that will change the course of the show, and drive Archu back into Manav's (occupied) arms.
I wholeheartedly agree that Archu should take Manav's side in this mess. Its the right thing to do.
So Jay, that means you have to do the math and realize that using Manav as a scapegoat will only ruin his chances with Archu, b/c Archu will not stand for it. She WILL prove him innocent...and take down Jay and D while she's at it.
I guess he's a little too busy protected his stake in the company, to fully realize this. Once the battle lines are drawn and sides are taken, he will realize that framing Manav will for sure take Archu away from him...Hopefully.
I don't want him to be a negative character. CV"s please show some redeaming light in him in the coming episodes. I liked where the show was headed when all this nonsense started.
I liked him in the begginning, and I like him now. I hope I'm not disappointed with him, as I was with Manav.
I seriously think a Archu-Jay track would be worth it.
