It's Hermione Granger's Birthday!

JK Rowling's official website has been updated with a birthday wish to Hermione Granger. Hermione, a muggle-born, is an extremely talented witch in the Harry Potter series. She is very bookish and intelligent and often helped her friends, Harry and Ron Weasley, get out of some very tight spots. At the end of the seventh book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, it is revealed that she and Ron get married and have two children: daughter Rose Weasley and son Hugo Weasley. She was born September 19, 1979, which makes today her 31st birthday.
