After the 18 year leap, how old will DM be? He still looks young and strapping despite his age on Bandini. I am sure he is not going to look any older after 18 years either. This show is not realistic at all. Even Santu's grandfather looked the same after the 10 year leap. Ekta wake up and stop going for leaps here.

Must admire the intellect and genius (gene-ass?) of Ekta Mata and the Casting Director of Bandini. At the time the story took the 16 year leap Kadambari (Kaddu*) had just one daughter. Her two sons must have been born during these 16 years. Which means that neither of the two can be more than 15 years old. But the actors who are playing the roles are in their twenties. It looks so foolish. Could'nt they get actors of proper age? The other alternative would have been to take a 20 year leap. *Kaddu is a vegetable and also a derogative term in North Indian Hindi and no repectable person likes to be called that.

BT folks are mathematically challenged, always have been, so don't try to reason the ages of the different characters, you will only end up with a headache

the main mistike they did in the leap was the new boys other everything is proper

Kaddu I think means stupid....which incidentally is quite fitting for the character.....we didn't call her birdbrain for nothing😆

There must be a magician at play in the Forum. He/she has made the topic started by me on the age of new characters post 16 year leap disappear from the forum🤢.

Could the lady/gentleman responsible for this please explain to me the reason for this action.

The topic had got 7 responses and had been visited by more than 500 people during the short time it was on the forum and was not abusive by any stretch of imagination. Hence I see no reason for its blockage.

Your post is here in this thread. Since its about Ekta and her writers team and there was aready a topic on this issue its clubbed together. Similar topics would just help clutter the section. Even when we have a criticsd corner noone seems have using it and still separate threadds on criticising is allowed. So we would hope memebers to co operate with us in keeping the section clean.
