I think She's trying to be a Practical n good Sister and just trying to make Archu understand how much she needs to get married in the SAME WAY as Archu had Helped Varsha understand how much She needed to marry Satish,Forget her Married Boss n Move on....If Family members don't do this ands leave another family member free to continue doing impractical crazy stuff that's not appreciable at all..
