I love symbolism. Aren't they so nice? Few years in a lit class and you learn to find symbolism in everything. Now going to today's episode. I found this scene beautiful. Well beautiful might not be right word considering what was taking place but I love the complexity of the scene.

Anyone remember the scene where Sid saved Riddhima's payal? He didn't know who gave it to her or what it meant. All he knew was it must have been important. And he put his life on the line for that payal. The payal didn't matter to him neither did Rids. But he did it anyways.

Going to today's scene..Armaan broke the bracelet. I don't blame him because he didn't do it on purpose. But still it happened in his hands. I love the connection. I think this was the first gift Riddhima got from Sid that meant something.

Great observation!!

I guess, Sid saved that "payal' and got Riddhima.....now Arman broke the "bracelet" and will loose Riddhima for forever as Riddhima may not stand him not even for a second!! 😕

Symbolism, it is!
To me Sid saving the payal symbolises his character and his attitude towards Ridz to take care of her and Arman's breaking the bracelet symbolises his character and his attitude towards Ridz of wanting her at any cost.

No I think it means the two men's attitude. Without knowing Sid was sort of protecting AR at that moment while Armaan was ruining SR at this moment. I am not trying to say Sid is soo good and and Armaan is bad. Because at the end of the day Sid couldn't protect AR. As for Armaan he tried protecting SR before.

I just love the connection.

I think its symbolic that Sid saved the pyaal risking his life, as he knew the importance it held for someone else. While Armaan breaking the bracelet was like he knew that Riddhima was someone else's "amanat" but he broke the scared "rehka" of marriage to get to Riddhima (who is someone else's now)
Sid-risked his life to save, what at that time used to be Armaan's amanat "Riddhima"
Armaan-broke the limits (symbolized by bracelet) to get what is now Sid's amanat.

I never thought i would say this but Armaan has truly fallen in my eyes.

Good observation.
I guess it means that Sid will reunite AR since he saved the payal which was the nashani of AR's love.
And Armaan broke the bracelet unknowingly, prolly means that SR will break because of Armaan like how it should have been in the first place!

To certain degree I agree. Because no matter what happened Armaan did come into a married woman's room while she is in her honeymoon (after stalking her like a creep the whole day). That is wrong.

BUT... I think Armaan is not at his normal state right now. He is already losing his mind. Sometimes that is sort of natural. Right now the situation sucks so much that he can't even ratinolize. I am not sure what he would've done on his own but Riddhima running to him and saying she loves him probably took away his last straw of sanity. Riddhima hasn't said " I love you" to him since......😕 over a year now maybe. The word must have taken him back to exactly where they left off. I am not justifying his actions. I am just saying 😆😆 Wrong is still wrong. But by trying to understand the reason behind his action I can sort of understand him. He is the way Riddhima was before. Riddhima redeemed herself from that fiasco, hopefully Armaan will redeem himself after this. ( that's why he needs Shilpaaaa)
