I think he feels that she doesn't trust him, he thought that they shared everything with each other and cared for each other equally and because she hid this truth from him, he thinks that she doesn't trust him as much as he trusts her, cares for her and loves her. 😔

I agree with you on this point.... Maan knows that geet loves him but again it's the trust issues

maan is frustrated and furious at geet for not opening this fact to him long back...why she kept the truth like this hidden..but obviously geet coudnt tell him as he always used to make her quiet...and never listened..then now wen she told the truth he si irritatd that such a truth was hidden from him..if it was a love failure like his..he would agreed more..but this like u knw with another person geet..he is not looking at the way the truth haapened but at the truth.no he is not angry that geet is pregnanat but that she didnt thihnk that this could be opened to him..he was shcoked to hear that a gal like would becarrying..he of course doesnt knw the enitr truth..of her fake marriage..cheating doen by bakwaas cowards...he wen knwing it will surely tak her hand and walk along onl wtith her as he os now doing!..the fact that she is pregnant,,makes him feel so broken..so yes option 1 is best i feel..he thought geeet would believe in him and open her heart's pain and feeling s long back rahter than running from him..but later he ill understand that geet was right and why she hid it..for not hurting him like this..

I think it is 1, 2 and 3 because first of all, yes it is to do with trust because he had mentioned it to her that a good foundation for a relationship is trust. I also think no, 2 because no matter how upset and angry he is at her, he still loves her. In today's episode he says to her that he hates her, but in a way that's good thing because it is said that you hate only those people who you love to the core. So I think it is all three of them.
