Hello everyone ,
Yesterday both SOTD and kool's thread were rocking ..The debates were on full swing and we all were discussing redundancy laws, labour laws , humanitarian issue etc etc ...
One way or the other ...we all were having a blast ..This is what this forum is all about ..
Have a party , whether we get happy together , frustrated together or debate on important issues ...
The nominees of yesterday' show are Dharmesh, Manav , Prabha Rane ( Jay' mother) , Rasika and Satish ...
We have a runner up and two winners today ..
Runner Up :
Dharmesh Jaipurwala...
Dharmesh is a business man before he is anything else .He is practical and thinks about Profit and Loss for his company before he takes anything else in consideration ..
Basing on all this he took a decision of makign a chunk of his force redundant and his decision was met with a lot of opposition ..
Dhamresh was critisized by many members yesterday and was also very ably supported by GM and Kool .....their argument was that Dhamresh is in his perfect rights to think about his business and is not doing anything illegal ...

Manav Deshmukh : 👏👏🥳
For all his fans , Manav was a star yesterday when he took on Dharmesh and revolted against this decision ..
I felt he was a bit rude ..but I still did vote for him as I feel that on humanitarian reasons he has a right to question this decision ...
Being made redundant is the worst thing that can happen to a family . it is not like sacking where the mistake is yours ..
Manav was aghast and he did not hold back ..
He did not even spare Archana ....refused to talk to her and told her to keep away ...
Rasika Lokhande :👏👏🥳
This is the first time Rasika is winning this crown so an extra congratulation to her . She used to head a social working organisation before and seems to be the perfect person who can take this battle forward ..
She went about it the right way immediately . Rather than just losing her head , she is doing everything on paper and making sure that the workers are heard by the right people at the right place ..
Rasika's redemption has started ....
We look forward to see her make her son and her bahu proud ....
For once let her be happy about something right ....
Both Rasika and Manav have won with a majority of 4 votes ...
