Yes, Amma and Shakti need a little payback - high time!😡 As for rift, I really hope it won't be too serious. Pratigya was saying only an episode ago - kaanton se itna dar hai toh kya zaroorat thi pyar karne ki? I think rather hope that Krishna will have the maturity to understand that P had to do what she did. He may not agree, he may not let her/support her, but she's right in her own place as well. I hope they can agree that they will each do what they have to to. Pyar ka matlab yeh toh nahi that they must agree on everything - their duties are different now.

Krishna should say Amma jao tel lene. Krishna knows Kesar has been treated badly in the house. All he needs to hear from Prats is that Amma cold heartedly walked away from the room without helping Kesar or even offering to help when she asked for it. He already knows KN is a scumbag. He had not an ounce of grief that his child was dead. Gosh! even animals grieve when they lose one of their own.

I was thinking about the kanton se itna dar hai......statement too. This will be the first true test of their newly built trust in each other. He told her he trusted her once she opened the doors and windows to her heart. Now let's see how they handle it in reality and not in just words.

What Pratigya did was absolutely right. Why should she wait for her husband before she took the decision. It may be his family but here a crime was committed. an unborn baby was killed and a woman was brutally beaten and could have well died. It is the responsibility of any citizen to report a crime and that is what Prats did. It is ridiculous to say that this decision should be in consultation with Krishna. If it was a family matter, yes there is some justification but when it goes beyond just a family squabble, as it clearly has in this case, one has to take recourse to the law of the land.

Her marriage has just come together. The husband she loves has begun to understand her. She was happy finally happy for the first time in MONTHS. Nine out of ten people would have said, arre I am happy now, I am not being harassed, why rock the boat. Why fight for someone who doesn't even speak up for themselves.

Pratigya's tears for Kesar, her compassion, her anger at such inhumane treatment, her desire to be there for Kesar all combined in her decision to report the incident to the police today.
Tomorrow from the precap, we see her own mother question this decision. Remember our daughter has to live in that house. She will be known as the woman who sent her BIL and MIL to jail, Do you want this?
Tomorrow, second thoughts will kick in. tomorrow other perspectives will kick in. Why couldn't she have solved this quietly? Why wash dirty linen in public? How could you do this to your husband? But those are just that - second thoughts.

Her first impulse, strongly motivated was to seek justice. To raise protest. To tell abusers that there are consequences to your actions. Amma looked scared today. I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Maybe SS has enough clout to bury this problem ten times over.. I don't know. But to me, that look of fear in Amma's eyes? Delicious. I want her afraid.

You go, Pratigya! 👏👏 Krishna should ideally support you, he might, but don't depend on it. you do what's right.

i agree..what pratigya did was abs right ..i dun see the logic behind "consulting" krishna before filing the complaint..sorry , it doesn't make sense to me but i hope her efforts are not wasted bec. i don't trust kesar..she might take the complaint back , not testify against her husband and saas or threatened to lie in court to save pratigya's life...
