i think dharmesh needs to mind his own business .... i don't understand why is he involivng himself in archan's life .... yes she is his sister in law but he doesn't treat her that way ..... dharmesh doesn't like the fact that archana still loves manav and that's why he is always putting manav down, which is not fair .... i like staish because even he knows that archana is wasting her life after manav but he is giving her space, and respecting her decision .... and i really respect him for that

Dharmesh is a jerk. If he wanted to be a good brother in law, then he would try tot get to know Archana's feelings before MAKING her marry another guy. This is ridiculous. you cannot make someone marry someone. And why teh hell did he fire Manav? Satish said Manav was a good worker, then why fire him? The fact that he fired both Ajit and Manav (not just Ajit) shows that he obviously dislikes Manav. He needs to get off his fat ass, take some sensitivity classes and learn how to be a better boss. Because businessmen need to be shrewd and be socially educated. Behaving with workers in such an unprofessional way is plain stupid. And I don't know about India, but in America, corporations do not announce fired workers in front everyone. You get a pink slip, for your eyes. Dharmesh is unprofessional, greedy, socially retarded and a huge hypocrite. I don't know why Vaishu married him. He has a horrible, two faceted personality. And he's gross looking.

I think I hate dharmesh more and more as days pass by. And omg wtf...this company is satishs too...Satish needs to seriously tell off dharmesh like manav did today.
