Get them a couple of vonage lines. I might be the odd ball here but what Prats did was legally right in this instance.
A premeditated first degree murder had been committed. The rights of the unborn child was in question. Kesar was timid .
Prats was speaking on behalf of the child that had a right to life. Prats did try call Krishna several times. He played majnu and refused to answer. Had she not lodged the complaint while at the hospital it could be perceived as hiding a cold blooded murder.
I think what she did was right. Facts of the case will come to light. Aman may be involved. SS may have sent the police away. Amma knows what's coming her way. She was already petrified when Prats announced the death of the baby. Maha-Mahaprasad awaits her.
Mera,
@red....I' m going to disagree with something here.😊
This is not a premediated murder - if I remember my criminal law class, and then six months training in criminal court, Premediated means planning before hand to kill, in cold blood.
Much as I hate Amma and Shakti they had no intention of that. they just wanted to teach her a lesson.
So it is in fact Manslaughter, the lesser charge. If it goes to court, then it is upto the lawyer to have the plea upgraded to Murder by showing that was their intention and Shakti will definitely go down for it, the last vicious push was done deliberately. Amma can go down but my experience tells me it will be more in the manslaughter category for her.
U know what I would like the most? both of them to go down for diminshed responsibility - that is the hardest to prove and hardly anyone pleas that charge in the UK anymore. But a country like India, backhanders is prime in jail so that would be useless for them, instead would like them both to go to a mental institution where they go and have electric shocks 6 times a day and other heinous things done till the end of their days....better yet hang them...😡
Or let them appeal to the Privy court and see what true justice is😡.......though I guess india isn't part of it anymore........
Dreamy
I agree Amma may get the manslaughter charge for being an accomplice to the crime. But the reason I called it premeditated was Amma telling Sakthi to make sure Kesar was taught a lesson so she would remember it till she took her last breathe. That shows motive to do extreme harm. She stood by and watched the beast of a son beat her and push and she did nothing. But you are right. legally premeditation may be hard to prove, unless we backtrack and look at KN's attempts to abort the baby. Did anyone overhear him tell Kesar she would never have the baby and he would make sure she lost it one way or another? All that goes to show premediation. Let's see what Amanwas comes up with.
Imagine having RED go through psychological evaluation. Would there be words to classify them in medical dictionaries at all?
If Krishna didn't stand by Prats like he did at the clinic then I will be disappointed. Amma's behavior after they left Kesar writhing in pain on the ground while Prats watched in horror was nothing shy of cold bloodedness. How can a woman walk away with no an ounce of remorse for her prodding her son to act that way. Prats may have a hard time proving Amma actually beating her. She was not witness to the crime. Amanwa will handle this in his own unique way. But Amma and KN need to spend some time in jail. We'll see Amma's pride in the community then.
