These are the lines from one of favorite songs from Kuch Kuch hota hai ... really ... !! and today while i watched the episode the lyrics of the song kept playing in my head ... cos they seemed apt ...
Maan cant ignore Geet even if he wants to... He has come a long long way .... His despair was so aparent in the scene- he feels betrayed by her ... i so wish he could let her speak man...
But one thing is clear .. he loves her so much he will not be able to shut her out, even if he tries real hard ....
thats is where the lyrics of the song come in handy ....
Paas rehke bhi thi doori- they were always working under the same roof... they came together under many occasions but were always apart cos they didnt know how to define their relationship....
Jaane kaisi bhi majboori- she was bound by her limitations ... of her past, her baby and also the fact that she wasntt at first sure of what she wanted from the relationship... and then by the time she did, she didnt want to hurt him by burdening him... he had a past of his own ... and he didnt trust women or relationships ... he had been let down... but something always pulled her to him...by the time he gave in, she was running away ... and he hated it .... he wanted to why ....
waqt woh bhi ajeeb tha: they had all the time for each other, they did everything for each other, unconditionally ... dil se ... like no one else mattered ....
jab tu mere kareeb tha - they always lived in each others hearts no matter what ... such is the hold they have over one another ....
and then came one fateful day when, she finally decided enough was enough and she wanted him forever ... !! and she told him the truth... he was for sure shocked... and he walked away as it was too much for him to handle... she tried reasoning it out with him... she tried pleading with him... but he was unyielding... he was too hurt ... she didnt give up... she followed him... even though it meant harming and hurting herself ... at first it looked like he didnt care ... but then it turns out he didnt see her ... but there was trouble on its way .. and he knew he had to be there before it touched her... but today it was a little late.. she had already fallen... he ran to her ... like always to save her.. there was anger.. there was frustration... he couldnt stop himself after all the silence... he had to break it... question her ... and perhaps warn her .... he was not to give in this time...
but they say .. when you want something truely ... the entire universe conspires to get them together ... and thats what happened... her baby helped her today ... the baby wanted a father in Maan.. a father he had sensed ....and he wanted to be taken care of .. and she faints .... and here he is....
kho gayi tu yeh kiss jahan main, main yahan hoon dekh to zara: back in action.... carries her in his arms.... takes her back ... thinks more about her well being ... and ensures she is okay !!!
