I didnt buy any idol. I prefer to attend the community Ganesh puja. I think it would be a better idea to have a few community pujas on Ganesh, and also Durga festivals rather than having several huge idols in every nook and corner. The problem of pollution is an imp issue that needs to be taken more seriously and sincerely. Even Diwali can be celebrated as a community festival instead of burning crackers in every household. I hope you bought those eco-friendly idols, most of those idols take months to dissolve in water after emersion and is a hideous sight
