Happy Teacher;s Day!!!!!!! I loved Jayalaxmi mam who was my classteacher in 3rd Std. I really idolize her to be the best teacher in the world. Love you mam.....

Happy Teachers Day including the retired teachers....!!

In fact it was such a joy to be a tracher for about 25 years teaching my beloved students in a conutry called BRUNEI...

Yes I was a biology teacher there...and I am very proud to say that many many of my students still write to me from all parts of the globe....especially those who have become doctors and scientists....say that my science teaching inspired them.....and I am so touched when I hear such comments from my ex students...who are my present friends......!!

Now after coming to the US.... took up different carrier....

I still miss my classroom teaching and my practical classes and most of all my adorable students.....!!

Its a bit too late, but better late than never! Just kidding!

Hailing from a family of teachers, I have a soft cornet for teachers. On second thoughts, who doesn't? Even for the teachers who seemed to be , umm, not so cool when they scolded or took us to task (literally, I mean!).

We used to celebrate Teacher's day in a very fun way at our school. On that day, the senior most students acted as teachers for a full day - they took classes an all - we even had a principal for day - from the students! Teachers were left to play and have fun. And attend the classes of their favorite teachers (students) that day. You can only imagine how they got back their own on that day!
