Actually there is no voting system. The IF ranking is based on four things

1. Number of Comments get in his Fanclub page in a week(Total 145 point)
2. Total number of fans (Total 225 point)
3. Total Views in a week (Total 275 point)
4. Buzz Point (175 point)

If you really want to increase KW and JW's ranking then at first joint their fanclub.

Here you will get 'Join fanclub' option and just join there.

After joining you will find comment box where you can send some comments for them. You can send two comments in a day.

If you really want to enhance their ranking then try to send at least one comment for them everyday.
