I will not write a formal post for today (9/7) episode...i simply wrote down most of my thought's on shilpu's post...which btw is awesome...so def check it out...but i figured i'd repaste what i wrote there for those that are too lazy (but really dont be cuz it's a wonderful view)

..it is so true how today we got to see how sid's heart is sooo pure that it is slightly tarnished, you see pure 24k gold actually erodes away because it is soo soft...just like sid's heart....and you are right sid's whole world is ridz especially her happiness...and everything he does, everything he's ever done, was for her happiness alone...and you know his keeping this from her is only a temporary thing, he would never keep something like this from her indefintitely, he's only doing it to save her from the clouds that are bound to shadow her happiness on this wonderful occasion...personally i dont think there really is a "right" decision for sid to make, in fact i think this is one decision that should never have even fallen on sid's shoulder...i think that its unfortunate that the person leaving didnt have the guts to call and tell both sid and ridz that he wasnt going to come, that he was going to leave so that they could have a wedding without interruptions and drama...no i dont think its wrong for him to have left, i can get why it would be hard for him to see the marriage, and that he needs time to absorb it all, but to have left shilpa hanging like that and then to not tell the woman he "loves" directly the reason he's not coming and leaving it for shilpa to tell or not tell, and then to have sid carry that burden is simply unfair...but w/e it is what it is...
i do think that sid will come clean, as he will always be honest to ridz in the end regardless of whether it will lead her to getting hurt or not, but this time it has taken him a little longer because before his eyes he is seeing ridz not only bloom before him, but grow confident in her feelings, she is finally voicing her opinions out loud, she is telling him what she has kept in heart for so long...i mean think about it ...would you have waited for a very long time to not just gain the trust of the woman you love, but her love as well. you have been patient and understanding waiting for her to trust you enough, trust herself enough to finally let what lies in her heart out...and now finally she is slowly letting it out and now there is something that threatens to set it back, something that threatens her focus to shift from her love for you to the worry of a loved one...i dont think its too much to ask for your bride to think about you on your wedding day (esp given her state of mind in the last one)...so yeh he postpones the inevitable, he tries to shelter these few sweet moments of his life that are supposed to be special that are supposed to be only about him and ridz...
I do think its only fitting that things dont go smoothly for sid and ridz on their wedding day, after all nothing has ever been easy for these two, nor has it been smooth, and if you can overcome the obstacles life throws out of you and come out standing...united..then nothing will be able to stop you...and i am sure regardless of how much "fate" aka JPJ end up ruining Sid and Ridz's special day they will find a way to make it not only special but to show each other and those they love that there is nothing that can stand in their way...that they are simply..just meant to be...
