Zarina Wahab Pancholi: Aditya's most outstanding quality is his honesty. When he had an affair after marriage, he came up to me and said, 'Zee I love you, but this has happened. Please give me a little time to get out of the situation'.

I could never be angry with him for long. He is also not a person who can cheat anyone. Not long ago, we made a film which did not do well. Aditya repaid his loans by selling his house! I could tide over the rough patches in our marriage because of the goodness of his heart. Otherwise, I would have surely walked out. Earlier, he was short-tempered no doubt, but the anger subsided quickly. And in due course, I learnt to handle his temper.

As a husband, Aditya has never been demanding. Like he eats whatever I make. Never in our 17 years of marriage has he said aaj ye banao. But, he is a cleanliness freak and the only time he gets annoyed is when he sees any mess or when I forget to keep a pen near the phone.

He has never stopped me from pursuing acting nor does he question me about money matters. One understanding we reached when we got married was that five days in a month, I would be free to go and do wherever I like. During these days, I generally fly down to my hometown Hyderabad, where I chill out watching films. And till date, he has never cribbed about this arrangement. On the other hand, Aditya is free to go out and party with his friends. I never stop him.

He is a very adoring father. Just 10 minutes after leaving the house, he calls to enquire about the children. The kids just have to say what they want and it's there. I would love to be born as his daughter in my next life! Aditya is also very God fearing. In fact, our home is like a temple, with idols and photographs of Gods. Whatever the world may think about him, for me, Aditya is a complete man.

Aditya Pancholi: I am sure Zee (Zarina) does not like anything about me, but I love everything about her. When I first met her, I was struck by her typical Indian looks — long hair and big eyes. She was a big star at that time, but very down-to-earth, simple and not the least bit affected by success.

Just 20 days after we met, we were married! Our age difference did not matter to us, but it did to a lot of people. They gave our marriage a month, but it's been 17 years now! And it's all thanks to Zee. It's her patience and tolerance which has helped the marriage last. It's no secret that I was wild, rash and impulsive. Always partying and getting into brawls. I have put her in many embarrassing situations, but she never made me feel small. I remember, at one time there was a mention of my getting into a fracas in the newspaper. She must have read it, but she did not say a word. Almost 15 days later, she casually mentioned it to me, and explained why I should not lose my temper in public. She has forgiven and forgotten many incidents like this.

As an actress, Zee is mind-blowing, but not many know that she is also an absolute film buff. I have nicknamed her 'Friday first show' because she has to see every film, if possible on the first day. And she always goes alone, so that in case she does not like the film, she can walk out.

She is a fantastic mother. A person with excellent manners herself, she is very particular that our two children too inculcate good habits. Zee is also an excellent cook. My friends say that even if she were to cook stones, they would taste good! She's the same person I fell in love with 17 years ago. She has not changed, but has changed me. Today, I am mellow, sober and totally in control of myself. But sadly, no one believes it.

Thanks Jingle for the article. All bakwaas ya. I can say in Zarina's case its clearly a case of being blind in love . She is such a dignified lady and really surprising that she got attracted to this casanova. I guess its destiny. You know this Aditya guy used to stay near one of my colleague's place Juhu Koliwada. That coll. of mine told that Aditya has been a rowdy right from his teenage days. He was even behind bars many times. And after marriage too he was having a living in relationship with Pooja Bedi which everybody knows about . But poor thing Zarina forgave him and accepted him back once pooja and he broke up. Just a few months back in Khaleej times there was one pic of Aditya and with one dame ( looked like a Russian) and they wrote in the caption Aditya along with his GF during a opening of a boutique. But when I went to India from the mags it looked like all's well with Aditya in his home front. We can never tell about these people. But I am happy for Zarina if everythings well. Good luck to them

aditya had an affair with koena mitra of road and musafir fame infact there was a rumour that he gave her a flat as gift on her birthday

😕 now another one in his long list of gf's 😡 and just see what interviews they give the magazines. pooja bedi he was living in with long back its a open secret, but still zarina gave him maafi 😕🤢

they will always say that they are very happy untill the day they go for a divorce and later if they find someone else then they will say "we found our right partner ,he is the right man /woman for me"-we cannot trust what these entertainment people speak

😃 yeah just a few days before Amrita Saif seperated when Hum Tum was released he told he has to take his wife's opinion since it matters and all that crap and why did he not take his wife's opinion when he went with his Rosa darling 😃😳😉. but still zarina is a very cultured, dignified lady ya thats what i feel. 😆

yeh i too read many articles re Adi/zarina & they were not good..........i often wondered how she tolerated him & even managed 2 live with him all these yrs...........but yeh we cannot always trust what we read or hear.........i suppose that goes 4 all the movie world couples............
