Season 2 starts off with 5 new interns Dr. Modi, Dr. Yuvraj Oberoi, Dr. Naina Mehta, Dr. Tamanna Patil, Dr. Jitendra Prasad. Yuvraj and Naina fall in love. Siddhant falls for Tammana, but Tammana makes Siddhant realize its nothing else than just a crush, and true love will come in his life. Tammana heads off to Canada with her fiance. Dr Riddhima returns back to Sanjeevni.Siddhnat and Riddhima started as enemies but during Riddhima's journey in search of Armaan who diappeared after the shootout they gradually becomes friends.but circumstances lead them to tie the knot.Riddhima tries to forget her past and move on with her life.They gradually started to fall in love.on the other hand Armaan returns to their life.This again leads to misunderstandings between Siddhant and Riddhima.But Riddhima decides not to break her marriage.soon the problems are solved and they started a new life.Naina and Yuvraj had a breakup due to Naina's fathers dislike towards Yuvraj.soon Yuvraj and siddhant's sister Suvarna goes to U S,and a new intern Shilpa Malhothra who is Riddhima's half sister joins sanjeevni. She and Armaan had a rough start. But later Shilpa started to fall for Armaan. Siddhant tries to help Armaan to move on in life by uniting Shilpa and Armaan. But Riddhima who is not satisfied with Shilpa tries to stop him. This again creates problems with Siddhant. Armaan is worried about this so tries to make Riddhima belive that he has moved on in his life by being more close to Shilpa. Riddhima makes the decision of marrying Siddhant again to give him more importance in her life. Armaan soon begins to realise that he is falling for Shilpa during a trip to an orphanage where Shilpa had stayed from the age of 14. Riddhima gets married to siddhant and anjali comes back for marriage.After wedding shilpa returns to find armaan and goes to his house.She sees him to be heartbroken and tries to comfort him.Armaan hugs her and cries in her arms while in broken state armaan starts loosing himself in shilpa and armaan shilpa consummates and on other side sid riddhima too consummate their marriage.Next day armaan thinks that he has done wrong wid shilpa and and also he is having strong feelings towards shilpa now so he decides to get married to her and returns to sanjeevani and invites everybody to their marriage. Everybody gets shocked
