I am curious as to what you think. As we know, Naku seelms to feel that revealing her truth before Dutta would be a bigger betrayal (despite the truth behind it) and would hurt him more than her rejecting his proposal. Perhaps, she is right, but I've got to be honest with you, I thought her eye problems were spreading to her brain, causing her to not "see" things properly.
This is just my opinion, but I thought the rejection would hurt him more, by far. At least with face revelation, Naku can explain the reasons for it and her fear of telling him, given how much she loves him.
The rejection of his proposal, his feelings for her...there is nothing to explain it. It makes Naku's past statements to him, her loving actions seem like a betrayal and untrue.
Please offer your thoughts on this, in addition to your vote.
Thanks!

I think everyone but Naku knows that her rejection is a deeper cut than her reveal as he'd never be able to understand 'why'.

All this time she has been on a mission to convince him her love is genuine, everlasting and selfless and in the process caused Dutta to embark on an emotional journey. He reassessed himself and battled his ego, his past and his pain.

He has reached his destination and his 'boat' really has found its 'shore', this time in Naku (he has used that in reference to Sups but deep down it was Naku that had calmed the storm in his heart). Except, Naku backtracks and pulls the anchor from underneath him by running away from his love.

This is bound to be more painful than explaining a truth that has been a part of her life before she met him. He'd be able to forgive her for her 'face' as she is essentially the same person, who loves him immensely. But leaving him to deal with the pain of being unloved for a third time is the last straw. No one would be able to pull him back from the abyss after that!

desi absolutely right what u said is what it is to add anything to it won't be necessary it just that as u said her truth is nothing compared to leaving him no doubt about that.

Definitely rejection of proposal compared to her face revelation....but I am with naku on this.....I think if she accepts his proposal and then her face is revealed, then that wuld hurt him more than her saying No to the proposal....if he is explained properly, he wuld understand in both the cases but then after she says Yes, he wuld definitely wonder that the Naku he knows who is so honest and wuldnt hurt him, said yes to him inspite of the fact tht she knew I hate beauties....she shld have first revealed and then said yes/No...Point is that he wuld recover from the face revelation truth (frankly, i dnt think its that big a crime, given Naku's circumstances) but its her attitude of saying Yes knowing his state of mind wuld shock him.....there is an image of Naku and that image wuld not fit in with how she behaved....so, the face revelation after saying yes is much more harmful than saying No for the proposal....

I feel what Naku shld have doen was take him to a private corner, tell him, I am hiding a truth from u and its time u know...if after tht u still want me, then I am yours else, whatever u decide bcoz I still love u and then reveal her face!!.....

Ofcourse rejection. His life in itself is a big example of what can hurt him more and what hurt him less..........
Hope Nakku reconsiders her decision..........She wants to hurt him less, so she better reveal her face. Thats definetly in her hands..........

I agree DD with the part that she should reveal herself before accepting his proposal. I'm not frustrated by her rejection per se as its not a final choice. I know she will be with him eventually, but it was the way she did it. Running away, leaving him to deal with the questioning faces of his family members while she cried her heart out.

However, you make a good point that if she said yes and then revealed it may harm the image he has of her, since he has put her high up on a pedestal as of late. Except, fleeing from the scene and not justifying herself (yet anyway as Mon will reveal more) is having the same effect. He is not taking her 'rejection' as a betrayal but its still making him question what he thought he knew of her.

Nonetheless, I think the CVs may go down this route of her consenting to the marriage but not revealing until the last moment.

and thats where I would not agree with them!!....till now I have agreed to each and every track, dialogue and emotions....but this wuld not fit Naku's character!!!.....he had proposed her, she ran away, things are still confusing, till this whole proposal thing gets a closure, its still hanging...and to close it, she has to reveal her face and then accept his proposal if the proposal is still ON after the face revelation....if they start the romance without her face revelation then naku wuldnt have the same respect in my eyes, what she has now....

Definitely rejection!!! This is the 3rd time our poor ghada has been rejected and this time it hurts the most, as others have said seema and the other one(forgot he name - lol), were just nobodys, they weren't real love. Naku was made for Dutta and he knows she loves him and he himself said "i know you've been waitig fo this (the proposal) too Naku", so to be rejected for no clear reason to the extent he doubts himself, sooooooooo painful, our poor hurting datta!!
😭
The face reveal on the other hand has no clear outcome, our ghada could reject naku and recieve the title of King of Ghada's (unlikey, or if he does we send in KMH bajji to talk sense into him - more likely to happen) or he will understand her reasoning from the beginning. As other LTLians have said, her hiding her face isn't really a betrayal since she had no real obligaton to tell him up until now, since before they were more master and servant - like bajji said "halaat ki dooriyan" is what seperates them not "dil ki dooriyan".
