hi,

i just love this website but i noticed that unfortunatley, a user cannot post pictures from word documents . a url is needed. a lot of people are trying to post pictures from a word document because they havent got a url. how do we do this. please get back 2 me asap. btw, i have checked over and over again but i cant c a button that allows this. how does a member upload/post a picture that is saved on a word document and where it does not have a url/ i have tried to copy from word but it does not show on the post.

has anyone been able to post a picture that has been saved on a word document.

hey thank you 4 advise, but

as u can c above i tried to post a pic and it didnt show on the forum.

what i did was that i initially tried to post a pic as a word document into tinypic site. i realised that it had 2 b ina different format so i copied from word and pasted in2 paint. it saved as a JPEG. then i uploaded this picture and it gave me different possible adresses i can use it in2 such as html, message board and forums and loads more.

i used the insert image button on this site and used the forums and message board code to post it here . unfortunatly it inserted in the message box and i could see it but when i previewed it is didnt show. as u can see above it cant be seen even after posting 😭 .

can u tell me how u do it and explain EXACTLY how its done. 😭

So u can see code ive posted with spaces take spaces out of brackets to post properly
Somi this works now

U missed opening square bracket before
Best way to save images to display on IF is jpeg which u did
N u did the tinypic part perfect jus make sure wen copyin img code u dnt miss any brackets

^^^ kool u were able to post the picture!!!

incase u want to get rid of the extra white background then using arrows shorten the white background so that it is exactly covered by the picture!

my suggestion is, when ever u find pictures and want to save them. Save them in "my pictures" by right clicking 'save picture as'. This will reduce the hassle of having the picture saved in paint to get it in bmp or jpeg.
