So here are some thoughts about what could surprise me during Naku and Dutta's wedding...A few laughs only!
Ganpat does Kanyadaan, drunk off his 🤬. He started partying early. In his confusion, gives Dutta's' hand to Naku, and cries at giving Dutta away.
Guests show up apprehensively, feeling two things:
1) deja vu: invitation has Dutta and Naku's names; didn't they get married already? Do they have to buy another gift? They spot the same pandit as last time.
2) if they decline Dutta Bhao's invitation, it would not bode well for them or their businesses.
They come, look around, waiting for Part 2, Dutta dragging Naku to the mandap. They stand close to the exits, as last time, Dutta had the doors locked until he was done with errmmm....everything. 😉
Babi wiping Ganpat's hysterical tears...not sure if it's the alcohol or joy at having Dutta as his son in law.
Salman Khan's officer character posted near the mandap, gun hidden, to prevent any "disturbances".
Pandit now has a noticeable stutter and sweats easily--poor dear hasn't been the same since the last wedding. Looks alarmed at the sight of Dutta and then looks around to see if there are any alcohol or glass bottles. Without being told, promptly starts the mantras...speeds through them, skips parts of ceremony to quickly get to pheras...no need to tell him twice! 😆
Pandit keeps small amount of sindhoor on hand...reminds Dutta a little dab will do!
Guests look to determine if Dutta 1) is drunk and 2) if he has any weapon on him (gun, knife, jo bhi hai). To their relief, Dutta looks happy and affable and gun-free!
Pandit encourages Naku to walk faster during the pheras 😆, thinking that is what Dutta would want, given last time. Dutta stares at him, and poor pandit begins to look faint.
Dutta puts his necklace back on Naku 🥳, but this time he says, yeh phansi ka phanda nahi hai...yeh mangal sutra hain, and hugs her!
When pandit is saying the vows, Kishore looks at Kala and says the pandit must have skipped these parts during their wedding. 😆
The evil trio huff and puff, but do not try to blow down the mandap.🐷 🐷 🐷
Kala tries to superimpose herself, sitting really close to Bhao...until AS tells her she's not the one getting married and to get out of the way. 😕
As the wedding ceremony ends and is blessed, Ganpat, in his exhuberance, raises his fist up in the air, and says "Yes!" and jumps for joy.
Babi thinks Bappa did a nice job with the wedding planning. 😉
Finally, after Naku and Dutta ask and get ashirvaad from AS and Babi, Ganpat, like Kala, likes to impose himself and encourages the couple to have "a good time" and winks at Dutta.
