It's common now to read articles on the disbelief surrounding her make-up but its okay as it means that is the only glitch they can pinpoint. The show is flawless otherwise, her make-up is a mere technical difficulty but the story is not at fault. Plus, Sara is right that TV's budget will not give the movie type of effects.

It has NEVER rained in LTL😕 Not when Naku was there anyways.... actually I don't think I ever remember an episode where it rained....

I think I may be the only one who finds nothing wrong in what this writer has said. Yes, he/she should have really done their homework about the scenes, but the JIST OF WHAT IS SAID IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE. It is absurd...absolutely, and some of us, including myself, don't always like the far-fetched story of Naku's SUPER-SOOT. HOWEVER, there is so much good about this show that if we do not allow ourselves to buy into this "absurdity of her skin color", then we would miss out on the so many good aspects of LTL. All shows seem to have this component, and sometimes you wonder "why are the CVs doing such stupid things" but sometimes you just have to suspend disbelief. And in LTL, it is somewhat believable...or think of it this way, it could be a lot worse. 😉

well LTL is getting popular and is being loved by the audience so with such hype and popularity the criticism is but natural...ab ye to shuruaat hai😆

this shows how much ppl are jealous of good serials...point to be noted is that the article's first para is abt LTL 😆 seedhe LTL pe waar....even earlier when LTL was gaining TRP we has similar articles criticizing LTL and NOw the same thing is happening

You are not the only one, gp. I almost nodded a little bit myself reading the article. And I had to smile, because it made me think about terms like "magical jungle with magical water". Yes, it never rained while Naku was out and Naku hardly cries that much that all the soot would be removed. But sometimes it is a little bit far fetched and often been discussed here too. Still I am able to live with these bloopers/glitches or whatever we'd like to call them, because of the strong storyline, strong characters, and so on.

So when Naku puts her make up back with nothing more than a little bit of burned wood in less than five seconds and looks excatly like she used to before, I smile a little to myself, but overlook it happily and enjoy the show nonetheless.

Its funny that LTL is in this list 😕 because what the writer has pointed out can be classified as bloopers, not as an example of the story losing track. Those are two different things. LTL hasnt lost its track so far, though sometimes I've wished it would move a little faster on that track 😆 It seems like its been put in here because the writer is kind of assured of good attention if LTL is mentioned😆
