KISSA GUMNAM BACHE KA - By CIDians

As discussed here, we will try to see how we can enhance this potential plot and turn it into a better case.

Here we will try to re-write the story, keeping in all the elements we want to see and retain the parts we loved in the actual case. Plausible criminals with worthy motives, Better team distribution. Better investigation. In other words we will try to remove the loop holes from the actual case and rewrite the story again. You can suggest a different title if you feel this is not good enough.

for me this epsiode needs to change almost everything
scene by scene

first opening of scene--

I would have loved one CID officer(any) jogging in park ( like circular means reaching same point again and again and finds a child in pram everytime), he finds its awkward no one came near to this small child for so long time. he stops sees here and there enquires no one knows that child, suddenly that officer sees that on pram there are blood strains very light one though, calls CID team they search whole park and find dead body of women at somewhat like hidden place not easily visible.

WOW that is a good start. I would have loved it too.

CID team gives photograph of child in newspaper. Till then CID handles the child (here I want my fellow members to enter their imagination) a women arrives claiming him to be her child. ACP sir doesn't handle her. She brings lots of paper with her, etc etc, etc. Before CID checks it Salunke calls ACP and informs that dead women is mother of that child.

That women is suspected now, she tells her that she has all the papers etc etc. Means all proof that child is living with her for last so many months (can set according to age of child). CID teams check it and all are true, birth certificates, etc.

Now question arises how can one child have two mothers. fishy they better thought to check the record of that hospital as well. Til then that lady is also asked to do DNA test.

They find birth certificate of child is true its on name of second women only which is alive but DNA test of her fails.

I think I am track only. actually writing fast, if it goes hay way just amend it CIDians.

The case starts with a park scene, as its shown. A man suddenly saw the dead body in there. Call cid....

They collects the sabhoot, and found the kid in there in a stroller. The news paper, mother doesnot need any change.

The mother is not that fool to forget the stroller....take away that too. But cid verify the address and found nothing, so they doubt....they questions everyone there, but dont know the new address.

Someone else responses to the news, she saw this kid with a lady in car and was handling him roughly. She says she noted the car number and cid reaches there. The house was empty, daya breaks the door and found some important information from there.

CID team discussing, first who killed her then what happened in hospital itself that child was not with her actual mother but some other and also certficates were changed. When did actual mother came to know and when she met this child, how child was with her (without knowledge of the mother with whom he was living).

CID team enquires or say checks hospital records again when both came, finds that almost same date to hospital. From one staff member they come to know actually both of them gave birth to healthy baby repectively but don't know how this all happened and s/he is also confused till date.

Now that means one child is missing, which is of the women who is in bureau and may be the women who died came to know about something which murderer was fearing she will tell someone.
