I would agree that Dharmesh is not jealous of Manav. The way I see it is that the both of them are on the opposite ends of the spectrum. Manav is completely one side and extremely emotional and Dharmesh is on the absolute opposite side and completely practical. So if you were to put the two together you'd get one normal person. Manav needs a dose of Dharmesh and Dharmesh needs a dose of Manav.
Manav needs to stand up for himself and not get dragged around everywhere including and especially in Shravani's case, he needs to stand up to Shravani and say you already know that this marriage is a compromise for me and I will try my best to be a good husband to you but it is first and foremost a responsibility. If this is not what you are looking for then I am more than happy to just be your son's uncle, I will still take care of him; but guilt tripping me into falling in love with you or falling out of love with Archana, banning Archana's name will not work and is not welcome.
Dharmesh on the other hand needs to start seeing that everything in life isn't black and white. Life in fact is all shades of gray. Telling Archu to constantly move on isn't going to magically make her move on. And shoving Jaywant in front of her isn't going to make her forget Manav overnight. She has to do so in her own time and own way. Sure Jaywant maybe an awesome match for her, but why push her or him or the families, why does everything have to be done so soon? He does have her best interest at heart but you can't force people to do things cause it simply makes sense to you. If matters of the heart and relationships were so easy, well life would be a piece of cake.
To be honest the best character so far in this entire series is Satish! He is both practical and emotional, he is the only so far who is truly and completely on everyone's side. He understands the need for Archana to have a happy life but at the same time sees that she needs to be ready for this on her own. We need more of Satish and his personality being shown as one that stands out and ends up showing everyone the right path.
