Chapter 9:

Krishna hurried up with the other members as Pratigya had left with Aadarsh. He came out of the house and called up Tunna to follow Aadarsh's bike and see where Pratigya was going.

Aadarsh dropped Pratigya in front of Mr. Khanna's office and wished her all the best. Pratigya was confident when she had left home but now she was alone and felt very nervous. She saw a Hanuman mandir nearby and went in. She joined her hands in prayer and felt a new energy and confidence.

Tunna and Chandu saw Pratigya enter Mr. Khanna's office and called up Krishna to inform him. Meanwhile, Krishna was already driving to the Hanuman mandir. God had helped him so much; the first door he knocked gave him his life! 'ek thank you to banta hai boss', thought Krishna.

He picked up Chandu's call who informed him where Pratigya had gone; it was the office nearby the same Hanuman mandir where Krishna was going to. It was another sign for Krishna that destiny had a part to play.

He wasn't supposed to go to the movie that day; he had ordered the ticket for the movie in a whim. He was meant to take the lift to the 3rd floor but had chosen to use the stairs instead and that is when he had seen Pratigya bumping into the guy. Krishna couldn't stop laughing while remembering how Pratigya was angry for not being helped by a handsome guy!!

Pratigya came out of the office overwhelmed! She had got the job, the office was about to publish about the vacancy and Pratigya had just charged in, showed her certificates, answered the questions confidently and the Manager got so impressed that she was given the job then and there and the vacancy ad never got published…

Pratigya reached the Hanuman mandir and thanked God! She turned and was going when suddenly wind blew and her dupatta brushed on someone's face, she pulled her dupatta and walked away and headed towards the nearest PCO to call her mother and tell her the good news!

Krishna had reached the mandir, his eyes were shut and he thanked the Lord, when suddenly something soft brushed on his face. He twitched but didn't open his eyes… when he opened and looked around, he couldn't understand what had touched him…
