I feel like, at this point, Armaan is being a looser. By making himself suffer, Ridhimma is not coming back to him. In fact, she can't come back to him. She's married! You don't just go get divorce papers signed just like that. As for Ridhimma, all i see is her being a two-timer. If she said one thing right, it was that any girl would be lucky to have a husband like Sidh. He is so patient with her. He gave her far more chances than she deserved. It isn't Shilpa's fault Armaan is fighting. It is her fault. She's not the one with the broken heart. She's not the one who just forlorned. It was Armaan. She has Sidh, who will accept her nevertheless, to lean on. The way she is treating Shilpa is ridiculous. I have never seen someone stoop so low as to blame another person for her own wrong. I'm not Armaan isn't jsut a s wrong as to roam around his past, because he REALLY needs to move on. But to tell truth, it feels like it is Ridhimma that is not letting him move on.
If I were to give suggestion to the character's progress, I'd say:
Armaan- he's so complicated that I don't even know what to suggest. True, he needs to move on. But you can't move on just like that. He really loved Ridhimma.
Ridhimma- She needs to draw boundaries within herself. She doesn't just care about Armaan from what I am seeing. She still loves him and still isn't willing to let him go (example: when Sidh suggested that he would pair up Shilpa and Armaan). She keeps forgetting how much she is hurting Sidh. She has to acknowledge that because of this marriage, relationships has to change. Ridhimma also needs to acknowledge that the reason Armaan is doing it isn't Shilpa's fault. She shouldn't ignorantly blame Shilpa of her OWN fault.
Sidh- He needs to tell Ridhimma what he REALLY wants. If he just watches her like this, she might actually let him go. He has to make her realize how much HE loves her. Their is a point of understanding. At one point, you have to ask for change not comprehension.
Shilpa- She should stop taking what Ridhimma says to heart (though I am not responsible for what she can or cannot take to heart). She has to stop believing that hse is responsible for Armaan's pain because she's NOT. I know she is in love with Armaan, but she has to give him space. He has to figure out himself. Shilpa can be on his side and support him without becoming meddlesome because that is what Armaan thinks she is. But more than anything, she has to accept Armaan's past and his unchangeable flaws.
Phew. Well that's just how I feel. Feel free to retaliate.
