DMG Mai kabhi DIL MILTEY BI HAIN?

I have hardly seen any couple in DMG that stays a couple for long either they vanish or their story just ends or they break up or they get married to some one else

Dr. Armaan - Dr. Ridhima .. still the stupid track is going on where they still love each but dont love each other too
Dr. Abhi - Dr. Niki .. wonder what happened to them
Dr. Sid - Dr. Ridhima .. a couple but keep having fights or issues or rona dhona, not really a happy married couple
Dr. Muskaan - Rahul... what ever happened to them
Dr. Atul - Dr. Anjali .. Never were shown as a real couple or anything
Dr. Tamana - Dr. Sid .. Huh! Hudd ho gayi bae ..
Yuvi - Naina ... Chalo gee ! what a stupid ending
Dr. Shubhankar - Keerti: They both vanished in the air suddenly
Dr. Shashank - Padma .. Padma evaporated!
