WE ARE FAMILY to release on Janamashtami now

Dharma Productions & Sony Pictures' much awaited film WE ARE FAMILY, the remake of Hollywood film STEPMOM, has once again shifted its release date.

The film which was scheduled to arrive on 3rd September will release on 2nd September now.

While earlier the film was preponed by a week to avert the clashes with Salman Khan's DABANGG (which releases on 10th September 2010), this time the decision has been taken keeping in mind that 2nd being Janamashtami is a holiday across most parts of India, which would help the film in terms of extended weekend footfalls.

Karan Johar's WE ARE FAMILY stars Kajol, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal.

Well hopefully Krishnaji's blessings will help this movie because the bad publicity, boring promos (except for the dialogue ones), and terrible FF cover won't be doing anything to help this movie.

Well hopefully that will help because the promotions aren't really doing anything at this moment. The trailer was great and now it seems like the publicity kinda dief down. Come on Dharma Productions..theres like less than a month left..get at it!

It feels like Dharma and KJo have decided that it's Kajol and Kareena. They don't need publicity. Or maybe they just spent all their money for the year on MNIK and IHLS.

Haha that might be it. Well if that's the case then MNIK didn't require promotions bcuz hello it's SRK and Kajol--but it also did require promotions. Ughh I feel like everythings going really bland right now and I really want this movie to work
